Guest UserThe air is fresh, and the hotel environment is comfortable. The convenient mountain trail makes it feel like the entrance to the Old Mountain Gate is just a few steps from the hotel. A hotel car picked us up after we came down the mountain. Oh, and on the bus from the high-speed rail station back to the hotel, it was just our family – that kind of service was amazing!
The real volcanic hot springs were a hit with both kids, especially the fish pond. The butler service was almost perfect; they went out of their way to help me with problems and various requests. We also tried all the experiences the hotel offered.
If you don't want to experience the hustle and bustle of the town, are going up to see Tianchi Lake with kids and want to avoid hassle, and your budget allows, I'd say go for it without hesitation.

Guest UserThis is my second time staying in Erdaobaihe Town. Last time, I stayed at the more secluded Jingya Villa, but this time I'm in town, and the styles are quite different.
Right across the street is the riverside green belt of Erdaobaihe, which is perfect for walking the dog. A short walk south leads to the Chinese Merganser Park, which is a bit busier, but thankfully, people there, whether old or young, aren't afraid of dogs.
The guesthouse is located in an older residential area, and the only downside is that parking can be a bit challenging. However, for both days I was there, the owner and housekeeper went out of their way to find me the closest parking spot, making it convenient for me to get my luggage.
When the owner's family saw we had a dog, they proactively invited us to let our dogs play together. Unfortunately, my super introverted dog gets very nervous and wary around all dogs, big or small. Plus, there was a hilarious mix-up when we first checked in, and my dog ran into the owner's room, leading to a little doggie squabble, haha!🤣
The housekeeper's service was also very attentive and responsive. They were always available via WeChat.
The room felt very homey. On this trip, from Shanghai to Inner Mongolia, to Mohe, and then to Changbai Mountain, this was the most relaxing stay. It's the combination of the layout, cleanliness, and facilities that gives you this feeling. Dogs aren't allowed in the scenic area, so I spent a day playing with my dog in the room and around the guesthouse, and it truly felt like being at home – relaxing and enjoyable.
There are plenty of food options around the guesthouse, making it very convenient for both takeout and dining in.
The summer weather in Changbai Mountain is truly delightful; the temperature is very comfortable, and it's not even too hot in the sun. On the day my family went up to Tianchi, they were incredibly lucky to have clear skies and see the lake. My fondness for Changbai Mountain continues to grow, and I'll definitely stop by again next time I'm in the area.

Guest UserWe were driving ourselves and had a bit of trouble finding the hotel parking once we arrived in the area near the scenic spot. The front desk staff guided us remotely to the parking, saving us the hassle of driving around in circles. The check-in process was handled with a constant smile, and they proactively recommended authentic local Korean ethnic cuisine. They also thoroughly explained the locations of nearby supermarkets, shopping malls, and gas stations. The check-out process was simple and quick, with no hidden fees. The staff were meticulous and genuinely warm-hearted in their service.

Guest UserTraveling to Changbai Mountain with my family, I didn't want to stay in a traditional hotel and unexpectedly found 'Mountain with a Pool'. I booked two rooms with a 'let's give it a try' attitude, and this niche B&B kept earning my praise with every interaction.
First bonus point: After connecting, the owner sent incredibly detailed guides for check-in, dining (we tried all their recommendations and they were absolutely delicious!), and sightseeing, even down to the time for the local market. And it was definitely not a typical tourist trap!
Second bonus point: The hotel's location is superb, right near the North Slope's tourist hub, without any complex commercial areas around. It's a detached building nestled among smaller structures.
Third bonus point: The design and aesthetics are top-notch! I absolutely loved the comfortable furnishings and the soft decor in sophisticated colors. Every photo turned out amazing!
Fourth bonus point: The rooms were not only clean and tidy, but also full of thoughtful details like earplugs, eye masks, makeup remover wipes, soda water, and birch juice. Every detail showed the owner's care.
Fifth bonus point: The meals were simple, clean, and nutritious, and the drinks at the bar were never subpar. The latte art on the hot chocolate was beautiful every single time.
Sixth bonus point (a big one!): This goes to every member of the B&B staff. They spoke softly to every child, and most remarkably, their service had excellent boundaries. They never intruded on guests but were always responsive to requests.
I'll keep it brief, but if I ever get the chance to go to Changbai Mountain again, I will definitely choose this B&B. Looking forward to seeing you all next time! Wishing you continued success!

This stay was a complete delight! I booked the Songjin Scenic King Room, and the 46-square-meter space felt incredibly bright and airy. The natural wood decor was warm and soothing, and the smart home system made everything super convenient. But the absolute best part was the view outside the window. Waking up and opening the curtains, I saw a large snowman with a red scarf standing in the courtyard, and window decals of 'Five Blessings to Your Door' on the glass. The pristine white snow, paired with the cozy, festive atmosphere of Chinese New Year, perfectly brought the beauty of winter to life.
The room's comfort was exceptional. The plush bed and sofa allowed me to completely relax, and watching a movie on the projector at night melted all my fatigue away. Breakfast was also incredibly thoughtful. Served individually, the presentation was exquisite and hygienic. The soft corn pancakes, the warming millet porridge, and a bowl of hot noodle soup with a delicious broth – every bite was a comforting treat on a winter's day.
From the quality details in the room to the thoughtful outdoor decorations and the comforting, homely breakfast, this place truly excelled in every aspect. If you're looking for a getaway here, this is definitely the place to choose!

I had a wonderful stay at Changbaishan Hailinyuan Fashion Hotel! The hotel is very affordable, making it a great option for budget travelers without compromising on comfort. What really stood out was the owner’s incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the owner went out of their way to make our stay easy and enjoyable. They provided transport from Changbaishan Station to the hotel and even offered to take us to local attractions at no extra charge, which made exploring the area so much easier. The photos below show the owner fetching us to the attractions, which was such a thoughtful touch!
The hotel is located right in town, so it’s very convenient. There are many food options nearby, as well as a convenience store, which made grabbing snacks or essentials very easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall environment of the hotel was welcoming and cozy.
The owner is truly a kind and thoughtful person, always ready to help and ensure guests have a smooth and pleasant stay. I felt really looked after throughout our visit.
If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel with excellent service, a convenient location, and a personal touch, I highly recommend Changbaishan Hailinyuan Fashion Hotel. The combination of affordability, hospitality, and convenience makes it an outstanding choice for anyone visiting the area.

Traveling during the off-peak season, the hotel was excellent, and the front desk was incredibly responsible, taking care of everything. The hotel even has its own shuttle service with drivers who pick you up and drop you off wherever you need to go, and they even help you bargain! Much appreciated. Soaking in the hot springs while it snowed, then hitting the slopes at 8:30 AM – it was a fantastic experience.

Huge thanks to the lovely front desk lady who upgraded my room! One of the staff members was truly amazing, and I really appreciate her efforts and kindness. There's a great 'iron pot stew' restaurant about 200 meters to the left when you exit the hotel – the food was delicious and I'd definitely recommend it. The owner even suggested we try ice fishing! However, apart from the excellent service from that one staff member, the hotel's facilities and room amenities were pretty average. I didn't feel it offered great value for money. The pictures are dedicated to that wonderful lady who brightened our stay.

This guesthouse is conveniently located right at the end of the Daquan River rafting experience, making it super easy to head back after your adventure. The staff is really helpful and will arrange taxis for you if you want to go out for food or other activities. They even organize carpools for longer trips to places like Yanji or Xue Ling. The owner is a great person! Our room was very clean and tidy, and we had a really comfortable stay. You can even step right outside and play in the snow, offering a truly immersive experience.

Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household.
The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money.
The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests.
Highly recommended. I’m confident you will have a pleasant and memorable stay here.
