Excellent location, only 1 minute from the bus station. Staff was very helpful by checking in and out, but the English language was not the best. Amenities were missing, but after asking they provided some extras. Big minus, from two sets of washing and drying machines, only one set was working and that was a really big issue. So, for one night is ok.

Traveling with family, I booked a single room for my older child. The standard single room had a very large bed and was spotlessly clean. The breakfast the next morning was delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, and it offers great value for money.

I stayed here for one night to catch a flight. For the past few days, I had been staying at Shin-Aomori Inn, and it was clear that Aomori Inn's facilities were much older than others. They didn't even provide pajamas! I had an allergic reaction that night, and when I went to the front desk in the early morning to request a room change, they moved me to a smoking room (I had originally booked a non-smoking room). This hotel is really terrible and not worth the price. If you can, book another hotel; there are plenty of other options nearby.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across the street from Aomori Station. Unfortunately, there was a lot of snow on the roads, making it difficult to drag my luggage into the hotel. Just one more street over are the Apple Factory and Nebuta House. It's a shame I couldn't visit Hirosaki due to the snow causing train cancellations.

I had a pleasant stay here for a couple nights. It's located very close to the Railway station with dining and shopping options just down the street. The room was of a good size, very clean and the staff mad me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

Excellent location with walking distance to JR station and bus terminal. Definitely will recommend to stay at Toyoko Inn Aomori if anyone planning to visit Aomori. The breakfast option not alot but fulfilling.

Toyoko Inn has a very strategic location, close to Aomori Station, A-Factory, the iconic AOMORI sign, and the bus stop to Mount Hakkoda (八甲田山). Everything is within easy walking distance, making it very convenient for sightseeing and transportation.

Simple efficient sufficient English staff and free buffet breakfast, great for solo travellers and great convenience.

Location is superb, opposite the Aomori station and in an alley. Inn provides breakfast which is great though food was so so only.
