This beautifully kept 2 bedroom apartment is located in the Pernera area of Protaras and is within a 7 minute walk to all the beaches, amenities and resort centre. It is just a short stroll by the sea along the boardwalk to Protaras strip. Modern and spacious the apartment is furnished to a high standard and fully equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay. It features and open plan living room, dining and kitchen area as well as a large balcony with seating area. There are two large bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and en suite shower room and the other with two single beds. There is also a family bathroom with a bathtub, overhead shower and Wc.
