This Charming 150 year old Historical Victorian flat is located 1 block from the beach and 3 blocks from Washington Square! Private covered deck included along with wrap around communal front porch. Beautiful traditional decor adds to the old world feel of the lovely Cape May Shore. Unit 2 has been completely renovated! New floors, new paint, new appliances, new furniture…you name it we did it!! This unit is perfect for a larger family (sleeps 7) with 2 bedrooms , a bump out kitchen, and comfortable living area. The kitchen is beautiful and drenched with sunlight with large windows and beach views from the front window. The master bedroom has a king size bed and romantic en suite bath with a claw foot tub. This tub is in the process of adding a working shower so bath or shower this bathroom will be a wonderful space. This is the only space that I do not have pictures of the redo, as it is currently underway now. But there will be a new toilet, new floors, and in general, a complete facelift that I am very excited about. The second bedroom consists of two bunk beds, one with a full bottom and twin top and the other with 2 twins.this bedroom has a fun French Victorian vibe and view of the ocean. The living room is comfortable with a flat screen smart TV, wireless internet connection and a beautiful new4 seater sofa that is as comfortable as it is good looking.The washer and dryer, along with an outdoor shower, make clean-up from the beach easy. Unit 7 is a two bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a Victorian house right in the center of town. First bedroom with Queen size bed, second bedroom with a full size bed. Living room also has full size Sofa bed sleeps 2. Newly renovated and well equipped kitchen with new appliances. A lovely balcony in back porch with view of Victorian rooftop, perfect place for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. Cable TV, WiFi. One parking spot at the Bank Street lot. Coin operated washer and dryer on premises. Bring your own linens and towels. (You can also rent linens from our cleaning services “bytheshorecleaningservices.com” in advance) You are responsible for tidying up before you check out. Bookings for summer rental are 7days minimum, Saturday 4pm check in to Saturday 11am check out. Off season bookings are two night minimum. The cleaning fee of $100. Cape May New Jersey is known for its beautiful beaches and the many grand Victorian Houses. It’s the oldest seaside resort in America. Shops and restaurants lined the Washington Street Mall on 3 pedestrianized blocks. Near by Cape May Point State Park offers great view of the Cape May lighthouse and nature trails, with ranger guided activities. Cape May, unlike other Jersey Shore town, is a all year round city with many festivals and event throughout the year, such as Cape May Jazz Festival, Cape May Music Festival, Film Festival and Christmas Festival.
