Built in 1870, our Fair Street Retreat is part of one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. We are located just 3 blocks from Downtown Petaluma. Walk down for breakfast at The Tea Room Café or hit the daily hot buffet at Petaluma Market. Unit B is our only 1 bedroom unit in the Petaluma Warehouse Collection, there are 3 other units on the property, so this is an excellent location to house for weddings and events. Great location close to downtown Petaluma.
