All I can say is that I was speechless. I asked the front desk staff for a toothbrush and toothpaste. The toothpaste on the first day was empty. When I asked for it the next day, they said they had it yesterday and there was none today. In addition, the air conditioner in the room will beep for two minutes every five minutes to heat the room. I guarantee that its heating sound will definitely be louder than the tractor engine in your home. The refrigerator is also very loud, even though I have turned it to the lowest power

The bed was very clean and the food was very good. There is also a free coffee machine next to the front desk, which is convenient.

The bathrooms look like the 19 early 80s the party maintain the tiles are over 30 years old. The shower walls are some type of plastic glued on the walls, the faucets drip, and as you’re taking a shower, you lose hot water bathrooms are moldy on all the edges of the tub and the toilets are too low to the ground and the bowl of the toilet is round not elongated and the countertop for the vanity looks like it’s about 30 years old is door and needs maintenance and the tub needs either a refinish or a change out because it looks filthy and the rug of the room also looks old other than that it was OK

Desk clerk was not accommodating regarding earlier check in. The hotel itself was in need of upgrades in bathroom & furnishings. I've stayed at much nicer hotels in Arlington for less money.

The front desk staff who checked us in was so nice! Probably the best check in experience we’ve had. We would stay there again

This was a terrible hotel, very creepy, dirty, felt unsafe. I was there for an hour with my 83 year old mother and decided to call another hotel to stay at. I wasn’t going to stay at a hotel that felt unsafe and certainly wasn’t going to have my 83 year old mother stay there. If I could give zero stars I would, it was a horrible experience.

Reasonably priced but rooms were dated. Needs remodeling bad. Breakfast average continental plus but was disappointed the eggs were dehydrated and bacon precooked. Overall for a budget stay, not too bad.

I checked out after being put in two dirty/unsafe rooms. I was refused a refund even though I booked three nights and was there less than 30 min. I was out nearly $500 and the hotel manager did not care. The young man at the front desk was the only thing about the place that wasn't terrible.

The room was in terrible condition. It was clean but the blankets and furniture were old and the walls were decaying. It was nothing like the pictures on their site. I was very disappointed and felt uncomfortable during my stay.

Its your typical outdated motel; rusty shower fixtures, poorly patched wall paper, stained tub, and you get woken up by people racing on the highway next to it. You get what you pay for I guess

The hotel wasn't really 'closed' like how hotels usually are, it looked more like a motel. The room did not look like the photos that were on *******. There were areas where you could tell it needed to be cleaned, there was some dust on the lamps. The microwave was also not working properly and the extensions the appliances were connected with were visible. I give it a 2 because even after a 12 hour drive I had a place to rest.

The rooms were dated and in need of a deep cleaning, I stayed 3 days and they never serviced the room. Getting clean towels was challenging, the hotel was in a good area and in close proximity to public transportation, food, and shopping but the staff could do a lot better
