Rafael was genuinely interested in creating an experience for myself and 2 friends. Every morning he checked in to make sure we had options for the night, recommendations, beach club options, anything and everything. Bruno and the bar staff were very fun and entertaining as well! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here. Gorgeous views, beautiful people, amazing food.

The hotel is absolutely stunning . The views are to die for, the facilities and amenities are wonderful, the food and service top notch and the beach/ beach club just perfect. My room had a maintenance issue and the General Manager, Irlan, took care of the situation in a very professional way. He turned a problem into a great experience. Rafael was also amazing throughout my stay. They have the best team! I will be back. Go to Insolito,Its paradise!.

I stayed 3 nights in February- location is stunning on a private cove in a secluded area of Buzios. Property takes great advantage of its beautiful natural location with breathtaking views from the public areas. I had a junior suite which was large but a little on the older side (could definitely use a refresh). Service is very warm and attentive. Everyone is super friendly from the Houskeeper to the bartenders to the front desk A++. Food and beverages are great - love the little semi private beach/rock area. I hung out there with a book and bucket of beer both days. It was perfect. They have mosquito repellent at the desk which is a great anticipatory service… during the evening they come out! One thing to note - the hotel is connected to a beach club which plays house music during the day and into the night. Not my vibe, so be aware it is a bit annoying but not a dealbreaker. The city center is about 10 mins Uber. I had a car but strongly recommend leaving it at the hotel and grabbing a taxi or Uber as parking in the center (during carnaval) would be impossible. Overall lovely stay and highly recommend!

This place is a dream! From the moment you arrive the staff are incredible! The restaurant is delicious, and based in famous artists. Every corner of this resort looks like a postcard, I love it and hope to come back soon! Thank you to Raphael and everyone here for making our stay so magical!

Stunning boutique hotel & spa nestled in the buzios trees, amazing views and amenities. I would recommend getting the helicopter back to Rio which is located opposite the hotel. What really makes this a relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable visit is the amazing staff.

Insolito is an absolutely incredible place. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Rafael, Bruno, Daniela, and the rest of the team were extremely hospitable and professional. Will absolutely be back and would highly recommend!

It was a perfect stay! The property is beautiful. Great amenities. Great staff. The restaurant was great as well and is among the best meals we had in Brazil. And I can’t say enough about the staff. Literally every person we interacted with was very friendly and supremely helpful. Stunning views day and night!

An amazing hotel staff with amazing amenities! The drinks and food were also amazing! Everyone at Insolito was so nice and accommodating! I highly recommend this high end luxury hotel to anyone traveling to Búzios! The views from the master suite were absolutely breathtaking! The views of the beach and sunset from the pool were also absolutely beautiful

Amazing hotel with absolutely incredible views of the ocean. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Very friendly, accommodating, and provided excellent service. The food and drinks were also excellent!
