It hasn’t been cleaned properly, it was also dirty underneath the bed but i forgot to take a picture we also had a massive cockroach join us for the night which wasn’t pleasant

This hotel is an absolute scam. I had a last-minute change of plans and booked it for convenience, thinking it was an airport hotel, but it has nothing to do with the airport. The environment is terrible; there's practically no soundproofing. You can clearly hear the traffic, people upstairs, and next door. I barely slept for two nights. I ended up paying an average of 1500 per night for three nights to stay in a partitioned room in a rural area with almost no commercial establishments nearby. The hotel staff were incredibly rude and clearly trying to rip off tourists. Some rooms don't even have windows. This hotel needs to be taken down immediately; they can't be allowed to continue scamming people!!!!

Can be noisy if you get the room right beside the road. We asked for a new room and that wasnt a problem for them - new room was quiet.

Put in wrong date and couldn't cancel / refund me..even after 20 mins after I book it could lnt get a refund.. bloody annoyed and out of pocket.. also trip.com couldn't even help or rebrost me. They where hopeless

bad. bad bad. located at traffic junction. even taxi can.not stop to.unload luggages. no amenites ti soeak about. no service at counter at night and early.morning😭
