Really well designed and beautiful mosaics. Pool area is exceptionally planned and well maintained. Staff is very kind and helpful. A few members spoke some English but with translation apps we made it work! Housekeeping was wonderful and ac kept us cool at night. We felt very safe there. Super close to town and to the beach. Highly recommend

Outdated, overpriced, wanna be American Hotel. The owners have never visited New Mexico. Cheap knock off of a hotel. The manager is degrading to his PREGNANT employee. the food is very good. Soeli is an excellent chef. The receptionists are not trained well. The manager could not oversee the french fry machine at McDonald’s.

Stay away at all costs. Rent a car and sleep in it! The rooms are outdated. They have never been to New Mexico, if the has decor would be different. Smell of mold everywhere. Food was great. Hotel (if you can call it that) is covered in bugs and spider webs. Dirty profilácticos under my bed. Smell of seamen was horrible. Front desk staff did not know to check us in. Mario was are receptionist and was clueless. The manager of hotel Járdson was a dictator and treated his staff horrible. I gave them a gratuity because the hotel takes a percentage. Remember you do not need to leave a tip. Deduct the 10% and tip you waiter. Enough said, you get the picture. HORRIBLE

A pousada tem um espaço em comum excelente. O quarto família é grande e confortável para até 4 pessoas. O staff da pousada é cordial porém falta treinamento de atendimento (são hóspedes de todas culturas e não apenas baianos). Café da manhã muito bom, porém inicia apenas as 7h30 (em uma cidade turística os hóspedes vão passear cedo).

A pousada Estância Santa Fé é muito bem localizada para aqueles que procuram ficar perto da Praia do Araçaípe. Frequento Arraial D’Ajuda há mais de 20 anos e sempre quis experimentar essa pousada. Infelizmente, satisfação do cliente não parece ser uma regra por ali. O atendimento no café da manhã é péssimo! Apenas uma moça mal humorada, que manipula alimentos, talheres e louças com as mãos, sem absolutamente nenhuma proteção. Alugamos a Suíte Master, melhor quarto disponível. Nosso voo de retorno partia às 19hs e o checkout era ao meio-dia. Tentamos por quase dois dias negociar um late check-out. Disseram pra nós que o Patric na recepção poderia resolver isso na manhã do dia da nossa saída. O tal do Patric nos enrolou tanto pra dar uma resposta, que acabamos antecipando o voo e saindo da pousada às 11hs, sendo recebidos no checkout pelo mesmo, com um sorriso largo e sem absolutamente nenhuma intenção em responder nossa demanda. Uma piada!!! Se o descaso com o cliente não te incomodar, fique tranquilo pra se hospedar na Estância Santa Fé.

Ótima localização. Fica em frente a uma praia excelente para crianças. Área de lazer é boa, piscina bem legal e pre com mesas e redes é muito boa.
O problema do Hotel Santa Fe é a política do estabelecimento e a intransigência dos gestores. Piscina só funciona após às 10:00 e fecha às 20:00 (para quem está com criança é complicado). Tudo o que se tenta argumentar com a gerência não é levado em consideração.
Na último noite estávamos na recepção conversando com outros hóspedes e o recepcionista apagou as luzes às 22:00 informando que era a regra. Mesmo a recepção funcionando 24 horas. São detalhes que nos fazem perder o gosto pelo local que é bem legal.

Hotel aparentemente agradável. Área de lazer bonita, tem uma boa piscina e bangalôs que dão um charme para o local. Os banheiros são a parte ruim do hotel, não tem ventilação, o ambiente úmido mofa as paredes e o mofo não é limpado enquanto vc está hospedado, tem cheiro ruim. Café da manhã fraco. Sugiro que a melhora do hotel comece pelos banheiros. São realmente péssimos.

Foi decepcionante, a condição de limpeza do banheiro é terrível (piso de caquinho), a descarga do vaso não tinha pressao ou volume de água suficiente, a ducha higiênica sem pressão. Apesar da simpatia dos funcionários, nos foi negada a troca de quarto tendo sido alegado que o hotel estava lotado ... MENTIRA ! Uma única vez almoçamos no hotel. Comida nao estava boa e o cozinheiro desconhece a receita do prato pedido que conta no Cardápio.
▪︎ Piscina, excelente, grande e limpa. Lamentável é que os hóspedes sejam submetidos ao SOM alto de um AXÉ incessante no período da tarde. Infelizmente, confundem hotel com barraca de praia. O Café da Manha é apenas razoável. Estacionamento, os carros ficam na frente do hotel sem qualquer proteção.

Amamos a nossa estadia na Pousada. Ambiente aconchegante, acolhedor, funcionários super educados e prestativos. A única insatisfação foi em relação ao estacionamento, que era um pouco confuso, mas nada que desqualifique o excelente serviço prestado pela Pousada. Amamos e certamente retornaremos com nossa família
