Hotel Rural Santo Antonio

The service, in this case, breakfast, was really poor, without enough food. The facilities need maintenance, such as the toilet who was out of service and the sink of the bath was also terrible. The cleanliness was terrible, such as the jacuzzi and the pool, who had mosquitoes and garbage inside the water and the water in the pool was green! It didn't had enough chlorine.

Very basic hotel accommodations. Clean and simple. No complaints Mattresses are rather basic, would be more comfortable without the plastic mattress protectors.

The location is perfect, out in the country, very quiet and tranquil with beautiful views from the balconies. The rooms are large and satisfactory for a 3 star. But, there are problems. Wi-Fi doesn't work reliably in the rooms. The hotel is beginning to look a bit run-down and needs reinvestment, furniture in the rooms is worn. There was only one employee in the whole hotel to serve customers. The food in the dining room (dinner) is HORRIBLE - whoever is cooking is not a chef, avoid eating in the dining room at all costs. For an overnight stay, or a longer stay the rooms are fine. Just find somewhere else to eat.

We had an awesome day at a winery and checked in. We don’t speak Portuguese but staff went out of their way to ensure we understood menu and we had everything we required. Hotel is extremely clean and comfortable

Friendly staff, quiet environment, and simple comfort at this modern hotel. A little maintenance would be beneficial, but there was nothing of concern in this regard, and the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the aircon/heating modern and efficient, and we slept well. Breakfast was reasonable if uninteresting - but in January with only 4 guests the night we stayed, this is understandable. Excellent value.

Been there before, nice clean rooms and a good restaurant for dinner. Price worth.
