Perfect staying with good meals and good caring of customers There have a strong wifi and hot shower in the rooms With a good view of the city I really recommend Venice hotel for staying in Arusha with a good budget

Their restaurant has zero customer service the staff is eating together with the customer. And furthermore their breakfast is not a standard buffet as they claim and it’s less . Room service was poor all in all I had the worst experience with them

The Venice Hotel was terrible. Is located on a very busy and noisy street. Children were running in the hallways banging on doors. Room was very dimly lit. Could not sleep due to some rock music from a live band nearby. Got to sleep about 4:00 a.m. The restaurant there was also very poor quality. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

We stopped a couple of nights in this hotel because it had an agreement with the agency that organized our Safari and we had a really unpleasant experience. The room was very small, really minimal and the few furnishings were old or broken. In the bathroom, which certainly had not been cleaned because there were various hairs on the shower tray, there was only one towel for two people and when I asked for another one I received a wet towel. Breakfast among the worst of my life and zero attention to customers. Furthermore, the area is very noisy.
