The pillows were not soft and regret not packing my own. Beds with castors are not appropriate for motels, maybe for choldren not adults.

The service from staff was amazing but unfortunately this was let down by the outdated & noisy rooms from other guests doors slamming & holes in bathroom door not covered up & stains around the place.

The property is close to Brisbane airport and horse racing venue but needs an overhaul.

Arrived after hours but no one would answer the after hours number. The number hung up and eventually after around 15-20mins they responded. Not good enough.

Nice quiet place off the main roads. Easy walking distance to Racecourse Road shops and restaurants!
