This is my second time to be here but with a bad experiences. My neighbor room is inhabited by a crazy guy and always hit the wall very vigorously. If complain to reception (can only reach by email), they only give u formal reply and no one will show up. I have to withstand 2 days ( as no room available ) before changing to another room. It is terrible !

It's a high CP place to stay, room is large (for japan accommodation of course).
Location is not bad, but not the best. Many stations around but all takes 6mins walk.
Everything works.
A bit of smell in the rest room, a bit of sound of trains outside of the door, but cannot complain in general, worth the price.

self-check in which was easy.
location is not bad - 5 mins to one staton and 10 mins to another station, there are many restaurants and shops close by. not as busy as namba so it's nicer to walk around
room size is not too bad for a budget hotel
next to train track so there was noise from train from 5.30am
not much facilities but overall good value

That was Airbnb type of hotel Apartment style! Nice apartment, clean & tidy. Comfortable room with mini kitchen. That was great provided washing machine too. A self- check in hotel an email you with the instructions.
Beautiful place & great location nearby train station & just a walking distance to Family mart & Lawson.
It was comfortable enough to enjoy 3 night stayed in Osaka!
