King Hotel Astana Reviews

Stayed at King Hotel Astana for 4 days and it was excellent experience. Breakfast was nice, reception was helpful and kind. Location is good even its not a city center. Also there are a mall and restaurants near by which is good to find anything you need. I really recommend this hotel.

It was a good experience. The hotel is old but quite clean. The staff is okay

We came late night , tired and somehow we forgot to withdraw money to pay to texi , reception staff didn’t even show curtesy to help us , we were even ready to pay by our card to hotel or usd so that we can pay only 2700 Kzk currency which is hardly 6$ , then she given room which is deluxe but i booked prestige room when i asked then she gave that room . Pathetic experience , we are in service industry , we should support people at those time . Food hardly any option , you can enjoy only bread

The male receptionist had a poor service attitude, couldn't understand what I was saying, and didn't provide me with a residence permit

Except chinese and Japanese people disturbing and can’t let you sleep I. The night it’s Awesome!

Astana in general is a very nice place. Reasonable transportation price with Yandox

A "faded glory" hotel. Was surprised it was rated as 4 stars. It was a comfortable place, the rooms were quite warm, the water pressure wasn't great.
