Tiny room in dirty building
This is a tiny room at the top of a scuzzy building. Not to be attempted with a medium to large suitcase as there are steps to a lift and then difficult flight of steps to the room. People can see into the room unless you put the dark blinds down so not easy to get dressed/undressed as a woman.
The redeeming feature is a view of the acropolis and its central though the building entrance area does not feel safe.

The building that this apartment is in is very questionable, stairs very dirty, elevator very dirty, entrance very dirty. The apartment itself was clean and nice but the area around the apartment not so much. And the view was not good.

Prologue: In our much-loved Athens, which you visit for your vacation as a hot destination, consciences and properties have been sold out to the satisfaction of the inexhaustible bulimia for profit and profit and profit. End of prologue. So I closed one of these airbnb in Athens a few days ago with my boyfriend. Indeed, stunning views. Riveting. But ONLY that. Otherwise I open the lid of the toilet and see a forgotten Sh*t the bottom. I also have a photo but I say not to post it ... So not only was it not disinfected, it was not even cleaned for the new customers !!! And no - no shame for my words! The shame is on the managers and the cleaners+ to those who are indifferent and do not respect their work, the customers who are PEOPLE and the money they get from them !!! Shame! UNACCEPTABLE !!!

Sono stata ospite presso questa struttura alla fine di settembre. Fortemente sconsigliata per le seguenti ragioni: cominciamo dall'ingresso dello stabile dove il portone era lasciato perennemente aperto. Passi per il giorno, ma la sera non era il massimo, considerato che la zona era rifugio di tossicodipendenti. L'ascensore era usato anche come montacarichi per le derrate del ristorante sottostante. Arriviamo alla camera: circa 9 mq (dichiarati 16 mq) incluso il bagno per 2 adulti.. impossibile aprire le valigie (2 trolley omologati x ryanair), impossibile spostarsi in 2 nella stanza, pulizia ai limiti del praticabile. . Probabilmente neppure riconosciuta/autorizzata dalle autorità competenti di Atene. Abbiamo contattato l'host della struttura spiegando che avevamo la maniglia del balcone rotta, che l'acqua calda per la doccia andava e veniva, il condizionatore era malfunzionante ed altre amenità (mancava l'acqua nel frigo e le cialde del caffè descritte nelle note della transazione, mancava il tappeto doccia, le luci da lettura sui comodini erano fulminate, polvere ovunque, incluso il condizionatore, ecc.). Dall'host nessuna risposta e nessun intervento. Per chiudere, l'ultima sera non funzionava l'ascensore.... , premesso che la struttura è al settimo piano. In conclusione: cercate altrove, cercate altre strutture. Questa è da bocciare, da far chiudere. Mi riprometto di segnalare anche agli uffici competenti per il turismo ad Atene

Geräumiges Apartment mit kleiner Küche und sehr großem Balkon mit Blick auf die Akropolis. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage, empfanden wir es als sehr ruhig. Es hat zwar kleinere Mängel, aber uns störte es nicht, da für uns der Ausblick und die zentrale Lage Priorität hatten. Die Wohnfläche ist für zwei Personen mehr als ausreichend. Wir würden es jederzeit erneut buchen.
