Our room was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for such a central location. Waking up to views of Athens and stepping out into the city within minutes made our long weekend feel effortless. The staff were always ready with recommendations, from local restaurants to nightlife, and every suggestion hit the mark. Whether we were enjoying a drink in the lounge or returning late after exploring the city, we always felt at home. It’s rare to find a hotel that blends style, comfort, and inclusivity so naturally. "I recently stayed at Ermass Modern Living Apartments in Athens and overall had a pleasant experience. The property is in a very good and central location, with bus and metro connections nearby, making it easy to get around the city. It was also easy to find, which is a big plus for first-time visitors. The room was comfortable and practical, equipped with a mini-kitchen and utensils, which was convenient for light cooking. There is also a nice rooftop garden where you can relax and enjoy the view. The apartment is close to the famous Stani Greek restaurant, as well as several mini-markets for groceries and daily needs. An AC is provided, which made the stay comfortable during warmer days. A special mention and thanks to Thanos and Konstantina for their warm hospitality and constant support throughout the stay. They were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to provide useful information about places to visit, travel tips, and other local details. However, there are a few downsides to be aware of. The back side and nearby streets are not very clean, and the area does not feel very safe late at night. After around 10 PM, it’s better to avoid walking around, as we noticed several homeless individuals and people associated with ***** in the vicinity during nighttime. Overall, Ermass Modern Living Apartments offers great value, a central location, and helpful staff, but guests should be cautious about the surrounding area at night."

"The hotel was really nice and right on the main road close to two metro stations at very walkable distance. They provided me with 7th floor road facing balcony room on request which was perfect for me. The room was clean with a fridge and a smart tv. There was issue with wifi on the first 2 days but they provided with a greek sim for use. The breakfast with a view was plentiful though they exactly close at 10am but you can sit with your stuffs longer and enjoy the food. They even provided all sorts of toiletteries including lotion. For the discounted price I paid, the stay was beyond expectation. The ac in the room worked great. The bed was comfortable. I personally did not face any safety issues coming back to the hotel even at 10.30pm."

"Good little hotel for us to just sleep and get our body clocks in sync after a 24 hr trip to get to athens! Small room but great view from the balcony and rooftop of the acropolis and surrounds! Bathroom was spacious and had good hot water. Slept well as beds were comfortable. One downside was the music from the bar across the road lasted until very late. Usually wouldnt mind but it was our first night and just trying to sleep! Hotel staff were helpful and let us leave our bags for the day whilst we went out and moved to another hotel up the road, we picked up our big suitcases at 11pm at night no issues."

"It was okay overall. Breakfast was simple, but it was still nice that it was provided. However, I couldn't sleep well because the people sharing the same room snored a lot ㅠㅠㅠㅠ"

"For the location, we didn’t mind the overall quality being perhaps a little lower than we would have liked. For example, there were a couple of bugs in the room at various points (not bed bugs), no early check in available and to use the shared bathroom you had to take a card to turn on the lights. Also note - it’s a hotel that asks you to leave your key at reception when you go out which is worth bearing in mind if that’s not something you’re comfortable with. Just little things that were made up for by the near central location (walkable to the acropolis and more), price, fridge and sink in room, and friendly staff."

"Located in the central part of the city, which the security became an issue especially during the evening hours. It was a brief stay for transfer flight in Athens and I thought it could be easy to have a quick tour if stay in downtown. The story turns out to be I witnessed and experienced two robberies in only one night staying. One on the road and the other in the metro. Only on my way out for a dinner and come back. Understandably such experience would have me feel unsecured and uncomfortable, especially when I back to the hotel and found my room having no way to lock from inside. I honestly suggest the hotel to set any secure door lock to allow the guests to lock by themselves while in the room. For the rest of the hotel, basically consider as a hostel but larger. It is good value and you get what you pay for."

"I highly recommend B48 Dafni. It’s slightly off the center but getting to the Acropolis takes a 20 min ride, which is totally fine. The design is minimalist and the apartment is pristine clean and has almost everything you need (cooking supplies, blow dryer, cleaning kit, even a small safe deposit box). There is a shop nearby and some cafes.  A couple of things worth mentioning: if you think about having romantic breakfasts in the balcony, you won’t because the flat is overlooking a very busy highway crossing the whole city, though the smell, the dust and the occasional car noise. The noise level in the room with window closed is ok and they also give you some earplugs just in case.  Note that there is no washing machine, as I was staying for 10 days I had to discover that the nearest laundromat requires a 20 min ride which makes a whole operation very time consuming.  Also the apartments are really located near one another (like hotel rooms). I had pretty noisy neighbours and there was no salvation to this lol :) earplugs do help.  Apart of all that I had really great time there. The bed is really good, the cleaning staff is very nice and helpful (since there is no reception desk they will be the only ones answering your questions non-digitally).  But it totally worth its price and if you’re looking for something cosy and not too pricy this is a very good solution."

"I stayed a total of 4 nights! I stayed in both the dormitory and the single room and it was great. The single rooms fill up quickly so it's best to book early! There's also a cafe in the hotel so you can relax and unwind! The staff are all the best! They were so kind and helpful ☺️"
