Louis at the front desk made my stay amazing. I arrived around 10AM to drop my bag off early, and he spent perhaps an hour with me, letting my phone & power bank recharge while we talked. I got excellent guidance with a map to get to all the sights I wished to visit, a wonderful Greek lesson, as I had just arrived from the USA, and encouraging chances to practice the expressions with him each time I went out and returned during my 2-day stay. My room on the first floor was convenient (I'm 67, so that's always a factor, even with an elevator) and clean, although the street was a bit noisy at times--handy to have noise-canceling airpods, so I could sleep about 12 + hours to get over my jet lag. Breakfast was pleasant. When I had an early SeaJets booking to head out, Louis was extra helpful giving me options to arrive on time, arranging a taxi for me in the end so I would make the boat on time. Efharistó!

This hotel is really basic. It’s clean and new and staff are really very nice. The location is within walking distance from metro and restaurants. But it really is quite basic. Not much amenities in the room. Only one small bottle of water is free but if you drink more, you need to pay. There’s only one small pillow on the bed. No extra blankets in the room. The breakfast was also very basic. Really a no frills place.

The location is good, about a 10-minute walk from the Acropolis. Safety is fine as long as you don't walk alone at night.
The bath and bed were spacious and comfortable, but it was unfortunate that there were many flies.

Sometimes it's the little details that make a hotel experience go from simply pleasant to special, and in this case I have to point out two, which really pleased me. 
1) They put a bottle of water in my room for free every day, even though I was supposed to receive it only on the first day 
2) On the day of departure they opened the breakfast room a quarter of an hour earlier than expected, to allow me to eat and drink something before going to the airport. Usually, when breakfast is included, the hotel prepares a doggy bag for you, which is not exactly the same thing.

We had a great stay. The hotel is very very well located, the staff is always available, very welcoming and very professional, the rooms are great, the buffet - breakfast impeccable!! In short, no hesitation to have: only happiness!!

The hotel was close to the city center station, so it was convenient for sightseeing.
The female staff member was very kind.
My flight was early so I couldn't have breakfast, but they prepared a lunch pack for me, which was helpful.
