great hotel. close to aquarium and coca-cola world. air conditioner is powerful. wifi is fast, while one of my devices cannot get connected though.

The waiters were very friendly. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the Convention and Exhibition Center. Walking forward, there is a Chinese restaurant, shopping mall, and subway station. It is convenient for eating and transportation. The breakfast was rich and the room was spacious. High cost performance

Exceptionally inadequate parking situation. It took 1-2 hrs for every time to park. We were advised to take valet because of apparent car jackings frequently in other places nearby. The valet system and entry was extremely disorganized. The hotel otherwise was nice.

Booked 2 double beds. Arrived after a long day of driving and were told that room was not available. All the staff would say is that they were double booked. Kids ended up sleeping on the floor! No cots. Really bad experience. No discount on the room.
