Busy hotel and a base hotel for China aircrew. Room size is decent and bed is comfortable. Daily housekeeping seemed to be a little slow probably because of high occupancy. Nice restaurants within the hotel. It be good if they can vary the breakfast spread, spread is the same everyday during my stay. Filtered coffee offered at breakfast. If you want something else like flat white, extra charges apply and extra charge for milk.

Great hotel in very central location. The shower leaked and the bathroom was a little small but the friendly staff made our stay very pleasant

Too hot in the room. Couldn't set it below 22 making it difficult to sleep.

The room is not big, but it is clean. The staff are friendly. The Sky Tower is right next to it and it is only a few minutes' walk to Queen Street. I had venison sausage for the first time for breakfast.
