Very new hotel. Front desk was nice and checked us in quickly. The room was great and clean. Being in a new hotel is great. Breakfast was good, nothing impressive just the usuals but it was good. The only complaint I have was lack of really hot water (just like warm) and no decent water pressure in the shower.

Breakfast was not ready at 6:00 am on Jan 8th as promised. I had to drive to the airport for an early flight and it was disappointing to not have the breakfast I was expecting.

The hotel itself was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable except the pillows.
Customer service in the evening and checking out was horrible. They were not engaging, smiling and both seemed like they hated their job.

By far the worst hotel i have ever stayed. Room had no towels, floor had feet marks and shoe marks. Received over 10 key cards because apparently homeless people sneak in. Bed sheets were never changed, i left food on my desk over $100 and they just threw it away. Fridge did not work. Doors didn't close fully. ******* did nothing nor the hotel, worst experience ever!!!

Hotel was clean, beds comfortable, loved the spacious bathroom. Though it’s new there was hole in carpet in room. And the charge $50 refundable deposit for incidentals vs just credit card on file.

I stayed here for two nights. This is a newer hotel located in North Austin. Rooms were clean. Bed was ok. The bathroom door is kind of in a weird location. The shower doors had a hard time staying closed.
The room was quiet. Staffs were nice. Breakfast was ok. Overall, I liked staying at this property

We stay four days n never came to clean the room, the toilet was leaking, sink got like clog, so for the same reason that they didn't clean the room, they didn't leave towels neither toilet paper, i had to go to the reception to ask for em.

Front desk girl was new and was super sweet. Loved the hotel. Definitely will stay there again. Seemed to be worth more than i spent.
