The worst hotel I have ever been.I have a wedding ceremony on september/2023 ,they messed up everything.Me and My wife got upset about it.We came all the way to hawassa from united states of america to get best service but we all are unhappy about it.

Great place to stay while in Hawassa. Was there for 2 weeks. Great food, staff always smiling and greeting. Comfortable room (though small). It is in a good location. Easy 15 min walk to the lake. Good cafe (in addition to the restaurant) inside the hotel with good coffee.

Ker-Awud International Hotel is the best hotel I ever seen in the city of Hawassa. Thier hospitality specially in the restaurant during breakfast, cultural restaurant with tradational dance and the front office staffs are the best among all their service. Thank you Ker-Awud International Hotel! I feel beyind HOME!

The best hotel in Hawassa Ker Awd international hotel i s very nice of their food specialy their verity of break fast , service and rooms. We were a group of 14 pax and we spent a very nice time. Thanks to all staffs and specialy Mr. Habtamu he is a marketing manager but he is working like general manager, so cleaver and hospitable person. So finally I recomend ker Awud international hotel is very nice hotel. Thanks a lot Abebaw T.

The service and the personal are good. Room are well good and the transport systems as well. We were very pleased by the goodbye cake to the team. The personal also manage to give us food for the fasting. That was and additional from the staff because they had to wake-up early. However the communication and foreign language skill of staff need to be improved
