Melissi Beach Hotel & Spa

Didn't have the sea view room we booked but gave us a side sea instead + all inclusive, so was a great compensation. Hotel was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. Bed was very comfortable!

The hotel is fantastic , we are regularly there at least once a year if not twice , the staff are a credit to the hotel . The facilities are great and you are on the doorstep of the beach . The food is excellent and has a wide variety of choices and the same with drink . I highly recommend. A stay at the Melisi beach , enjoy the spa , the pool the beach or even in one of the rooms with a hot tub on the balcony overlooking the beach and sea . The staff at the pool bar are the great with sotos making you one of his specials or nikos making an amazing pinacolada .

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were swept off our feet by the outstanding service, beautiful surroundings. The staff, especially the bar team both inside the hotel and at the outdoor pool bar, were not only professional but also genuinely friendly and eager to make our stay enjoyable. A special shout-out goes to Sotos at the pool bar. He was always smiling and more than happy to assist with anything we needed. Not only was his service impeccable, but he also had a unique treat up his sleeve - his own signature cocktail. It’s a must-try for anyone visiting the bar. Thank you

Such a beautiful hotel and friendly staff Both of us are vegans and had soya milk and were happy to make some of the vegetables without butter, everything is labelled with allergens About 10 minutes walk to the centre Recommend this hotel will definitely come back had lovely bar service from both Nikos and Sotos who looked after me through out the holiday

The couples massage experience at Melissi Hotel's spa was absolutely divine. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by Maria 🙂 The ambiance was serene, with soft lighting and relaxing music setting the perfect mood for a couples massage. Our therapists were highly skilled and attentive, tailoring the massage to our individual needs. It was a truly blissful experience that we would highly recommend to any couple seeking a romantic and therapeutic escape.

Melissi beach hotel was just as amazing as the beach and Cypriot weather! The hotel staff are friendly, food is great, pool area greatly appreciated by the kids and my favourite was Sotos ( the bar man). Not only is a gifted cocktail master but his always smiling and welcoming everyone all day long!

I am really greatful to be here at this place. I like the service here in general, especially the food and the drinks at the bars. At the beach bar, I really have to praise the good service from Sotos, great! The beach and the pool are very good too!

A wonderful hotel on a wonderful beach with golden sand! Turquoise water and gentle access to the sea. Polite and helpful service. Delicious food and beautiful rooms. Near the city center (5 minutes walk). Great and varied fitness classes (yoga, pilates, aquaaerobic). I was with my sister in 2023 for a week and right after i returned i booked for 2024 for 11 days because 7 was not enough. We miss you already!!!

We stayed at Melissi Beach Hotel from September 20th to 4th October. It was our second visit to this hotel. We had a very smooth checkin at the reception with very friendly staff. It is situated next to the beach which was a bonus, the pool area in our opinion was too hot and we prefer the beach and the sea, particularly in the afternoons when an on shore breeze was very welcome, plus the sea was actually warmer than the pool. There were a lot of positives about the hotel which I’ll mention first. Our room was very spacious and clean, with linen changes very regular. Air con was easy to operate and we had a balcony where we could hang wet swimwear etc. the bathroom needed some attention but it was okay. The restaurant was nice with either a choice of sitting inside or outside, even the most fussy eater wouldn’t have gone hungry, however, the hot food could have been warmer it was only luke warm most of the time. It’s worth a mention about the other restaurants that we visited as part of our all inclusive package, the Italian was okay, one member of staff was very surly, but the others were very nice. An absolute must is the Greek restaurant it was by far the best meal we had all holiday, book it early! We didn’t use the gym but it looked fine by what we could see and there were plenty other guests using it. Same with the spa. All the staff at the hotel were very polite and courteous, we really couldn’t fault them at all, we’d like to give special thanks to Panayiota and Eudokia. They both worked in the restaurant and bars. It was our second visit to this hotel, but it was looking a little shabby compared to when we visited it 5 years ago. We thought the fact that you could only change your pool towels was very limited, between 9 am and 11am, perhaps extending the hours or adding an additional time in the afternoon would have been more suitable. We also thought that lunch was served quite late started at 1pm. There is an adult only pool but unfortunately children were playing it, without being checked by the hotel staff, I think this should have been addressed. All in all we had a lovely holiday, but undecided whether we will return to this hotel again, we will have to give it some thought.
