Atlantica Panthea Resort

The staffs were quite friendly, the food are nice especially for dinner . The room was standard . The water park was fun , didn’t try the pool too many people unless you go at early morning .

The resort is like an Oasis of calm amidst the madness. Tucked away but still close to the bars restaurants shops etc, but once inside it is charming. The rooms are spacious, clean and well laid out. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The pool is fabulous, plenty of loungers; there are more on a grassy area away from the pool for those that prefer a less busy sunbathing experience. Can’t praise the staff enough. Costas at the bar is great and mixes a fab cocktail. We did have a few issues when we arrived; no clothes hangers in the wardrobe, no hairdryer in the room but they were sorted out after it was reported to the reception staff. There a couple of small points that could be improved: the bars are quite a walk from the pool area, one being inside near reception- would be good to have a bar nearer,maybe on the terrace outside the restaurant. The tables on the restaurant terrace wobble so badly that quite a few drinks were spilt. Definitely need some attention. We had a great week and will come back to this resort.

Due to the mixed reviews I wasn’t sure what to expect, however, I’m glad I booked as this hotel didn’t disappoint. I would urge people considering staying at this hotel to book if they are being put off by the negative reviews as that is not what I experienced at all. The hotel was modern and very clean. The rooms were spacious with decent air conditioning units which kept the room nice and chilled. The beds in the room seemed quite firm to begin with however I was pleasantly surprised as I slept extremely well in them. The staff were ever so welcoming and friendly which made the stay even more enjoyable. They accommodated late check out for us even when they had guests with cancelled flights so had limited availability which was really helpful as we had a late flight home. The pool area is decent with plenty of space and never struggled to get a sunbed. The pool water wasn’t too cold either and was the perfect temperature to keep cool. The only negative is that there is no music playing by the poolside to create an atmosphere. They only brought speakers out for an hour a day from 3:30pm. If they dotted a few speakers round the pool they wouldn’t need to play it as loud and just creates a better atmosphere round the pool. Luckily we brought a portable Bluetooth speaker so were able to listen to some tunes by the pool which many other guests said how much better it would be if there was music. As far as all inclusive buffet food goes - this was probably the best food I’ve had at an all inclusive resort. I love Greek food so it was nice to have traditional dishes such as Moussaka and pastitsio. There were also a good selection of meats like tender lamb and grilled chicken with tasty roasted vegetables. All stuff I would probably order if eating out! Good selection of drinks on the all inclusive however if getting them from the pool bar you get them in a very small plastic cup so find you have to order 2 at a time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and the hotel was in an excellent location. I would say it definitely met the expectations of a 4-Star hotel. Only thing to advise if you plan to use their hair dryers, pack your own as the ones in the room had hardly any power to them.

Ok where to start. Rooms very nice. Pool nice surroundings area nice. Although we did have a very bad feeling when we got dropped off ,at a slightly seedy pathway,to walk through to get to hotel at 10.30 at night. To find the hotel behind the main *****. Air conditioning was rubbish as was housekeeping, don't think our sheets where changed all week. Plenty of clean towels,so much so we ended up with 6 bath towels at one point. Room wasn't cleaned .which isn't normal for hotels. I had to ask for room to be cleaned. Ok going home asked for extention on time to vacate room,paid 30 euros for 4 hours. Only to fine that we couldn't get into room. Maid let us in. Apparently you have to have your key re activated, but no one tells you that. Apart from that weather brilliant .won't be back. Food not to brilliant very bland .

We had a great stay at Atlantica Panthea! The food was delicious, with a great variety every day, and the kitchen staff truly deserve a big thank you. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel itself is well-maintained. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special mention to the amazing receptionist team — Tui Eleanora was excellent, always with a smile and ready to help. Valentine, Daria, and Catherine were also very kind and professional. Honestly, everyone at the front desk was wonderful, even if I don’t remember all their names! The waiters were all polite, respectful, and very attentive — great service all around. Evening entertainment was enjoyable and professionally done. However, the kids club and mini disco could use some improvement. It seemed like the staff responsible for kids’ activities were just waiting for children to come on their own, instead of actively encouraging participation. There were a lot of kids around the hotel, but not much effort was made to organize them into activities. A more engaging and energetic approach from the kids’ entertainment team would definitely make a big difference. Overall, it’s a great hotel, and we had a lovely experience. Would definitely recommend it — especially if the kids’ entertainment gets a little upgrade!
