Brittany Hotel Villar City

I rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at, but this one definitely deserves it. Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out. The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

This hotel is so cozy and we loved our overnight stay in a weekday. Our room was so spacious but it doesn’t have a cabinet. The bathroom was huge with a bathtub. It has the complete toiletries that we need although the mirror was a bit dirty with watermarks. The food was superb at their restaurant. We loved the pool. The staff were helpful. Perfect place to relax.

Kudos to the team of Brittany Hotel Villar City, the service is superb and their staff is so professional and accommodating! The food is so good, hats-off to the chef! Highly recommended and definitely will return again! Thank you Mr. Cholo Babaran, Mr. Kenn and Mich!

Stay in the hotel was good, front desk ken and yanna were great, ken was very accommodating and charming- very good customer service Rooms were nice except for toiletries. 1 toilet paper is not enough The manager on duty, was not so friendly
