"The ac was not cooling... we need to transfer to other room and transfer all the things we have ... VERY HOT .. AC NOT WORKING PROPERLY"

"Nice hotel"

"I rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at, but this one definitely deserves it. Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out. The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family."

"Budget hotel for a ahort stay to relax"

"the price is reasonable.the location is not friendly for foreigners. it is close to Bacoor SM."

"We recently stayed at Cool Martin Resort in Bacoor Cavite, from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed, the staff were attentive and accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, the facilities were good and well maintained. We stayed in a deluxe double room, it was spacious, clean, the beds were comfortable. The owners are good hosts, answered all our questions and helped with directions. My husband and I felt very safe staying here and will definitely be returning in the future as we have family local. "

"They won’t clean and refill or replace amenities unless you ask. Toilet was not cleaned. There was a mice. No refrigerator. No electric pot no coffee nothing."

"There was no hot water in the shower, but the temperature was high so it was manageable. Also, there were only two bottles of water provided, but since I was staying for several nights, I basically bought drinking water."
