It was missing a pillow and was accumulated dust behind the bad frame and on the floor. (From one of the rooms).

Homebound apartment is contactless hotel, is digital check in. No staff on site.
Is located in Bad Goisern, is a small village, Sunday everything closed.
We booked this.apartment to take a break from our travel.
The apartment equipped with GYM, laundromat and Kitchen.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Thank you Homebound.

The website would not allow me to pay on line. I called to make my payment. I was told that would be it, that I was registered, and that all I had to do was type in my last name at the kiosk once on site. I specifically asked about passport information and was assured this was all taken care of. Once on site, I had to do a complete registration at the kiosk in the lobby. It would have been more helpful to know that I was going to have to do this again on site.

Self Check in Terminal (ipad) funktionsunfähig und nur über Telefon möglich. Apartment war für 4 Personen gebucht und aber Zusatzbett war nicht überzogen und auch kein Bettzeug im Apartment vorrätig. Da kein Hausekeeping mehr vor Ort war wurde ich telefonisch angewiesen das selbst aus dem Keller (dort natürlich kein Empfang) aus einem Lagerraum zu holen. Der ganze Prozess von check in bis die Betten fertig waren hat eine gute Stunde gedauert und dass Abends mit zwei quengeligen Kindern war etwas mühsam. Ich habe das ganze als sympathisch und buchstäblich unpersönlich empfunden und werde dort nicht mehr nächtigen.

Clean and new. We had a one-bedroom apartment. Very spacious. Kitchen was well-equipped. Heated bathroom. Underground garage. A very comfortable stay. Point to note is that this accommodation has no human being for check in, check out and if you need any help, there is no one. Check in is done through a phone app. You will need (roaming) data, otherwise you cannot open the door. And if you need to call their hotline for help, you will be using international calling (depending on where you come from). As long as you are comfortable with this kind of arrangement, this accommodation is 10/10. I will stay again. As with all apartments, there is no service and you will be expected to sort your rubbish and dispose them at the bin center. Bad Goisern itself has nothing. We used this accommodation as a base for the surrounding area. The apartment is within walking distance to an Italian restaurant and a supermarket.
