The location of the hotel is just perfect, amazing view on the lake and mountains, very quiet area. We stayed in the hotel for 5 days, the room was big enough for 4 people, all super clean, new and ready for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful, speaking various languages. Breakfasts and dinners in a generous buffet style, selection of various meals, salads, fruit and vegetables, suitable for any kind of diet (gluten/lactose free options available as well as veggie dishes). I would like to go back to this hotel, the vacation was simply awesome.

Me and My brother stayed for 2 nights at the end of June. From booking online via email to checking out our experience was faultless and completely stress free. The team could not have done more to accommodate all our needs. It was a very last minute booking and they made every effort to fit us in. We arrived early and just wanted to use the bathroom and then walk around and check in at 4. The receptionist went above and beyond to let us check in earlier. We were so grateful for this as we were very tired after our early flight. Every member of staff were so polite and friendly. Breakfast and Dinner included were absolutely amazing. Such a fantastic selection of food and so full of flavour. The prices for any additional food and drinks are very reasonable. They have a private beach area less than 5 minute walk from the garden which was unexpected but so lovely if you would like a more private swim in the lake. We swam after dinner and it was so quiet and peaceful with amazing views. We used their sauna after our swim which was amazingly clean and the upstairs area has free tea making facilities with a good variety of flavours and lovely lounge chairs which was such a pleasant surprise. They have essential oils which you can use in the sauna to make it personalised to you. If needed there is also a shower to use after. If you need anything during your stay the staff are so accommodating. We needed extra pillows and immediately someone went down to grab some for us. We would highly recommend this hotel and if given the opportunity would come back.

The hotel is situated right on the lake. The rooms have beautiful views of the lake and the mountains. The rooms are small but very clean. We stayed in the quadruple room which has a double bed upstairs. The space was a little narrow upstairs and it was quite hot there on the days with high temperatures. The food was excellent. We had breakfast and dinner and it was one of the best home made food we ate at a hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed the food and were very grateful that vegan and gluten-free dishes were available for us. The service was very friendly, everything was very clean and pleasant. I love the tea lights and candles in the entrance area.

We were there for two weeks with two children (11 + 13) and stayed in an apar**ent facing the street. Overall we felt very comfortable. If it were possible, I would deduct half a point. + extremely friendly staff + lots of space in the room. Separate bathroom and toilet, comfortable adult bedroom + Idyllic location with lake/mountains + Quiet location (enjoyed returning to the hotel after tourist attractions such as Hallstadt or Dachstein + We adults really enjoyed the food at the buffet (every evening there was something there that we found extremely tasty) + Close to (at least) two free (apart from parking fees) beaches + The clear, if cool, water + Comfortable bar area, we played board games there every evening (and table tennis, and the son played football) o The children would have occasionally enjoyed more typical children's food o Simple, not very comfortable children's room (quickly no longer played a role) o Noisy stream and noises from the kitchen (slept well anyway) o One bedside lamp broken, nobody could do anything about the sick building technician o Very mixed weather - nobody can do anything about that, but then you realize that the indoor options in the area are limited and you drive more than you would like o I felt disturbed in the dining room by a family whose teenager Children constantly moving around the room loudly and conspicuously (I also spoke to these children personally) was not taken seriously by reception (I don't think children have to be quiet in a Jufa. But piggybacking and trampling are not necessary - In two weeks there was not even a single fish, except for the very last day. The salmon at breakfast was gone two hours before the end of breakfast time and a varied icing on the cake at the breakfast buffet, perhaps on Sunday for example, would have been great (although the selection was sufficient to provide variety for yourself)

We booked the entire JUFA hotel for a weekend at the beginning of September 2023 to accommodate our wedding guests and also hold our wedding dinner there. Martina Smiscik and her team were there to support us from the planning stage to the event itself. Particularly noteworthy is the openness to our menu requests, the commi**ent of the service and kitchen staff and a price/performance ratio that is hard to find anywhere else. These three fabulous days that we spent between the lake, campfire and dance floor will be remembered by our family and friends for a long time. Many of them want to come back, simply because they were completely satisfied, both of us included. Many thanks to the JUFA team for everything!

Very nice place, a few minutes walk to the lake, nice outdoor area to play, great breakfast buffet. Rooms were OK, just enough space, but we were only in the room to sleep anyway. Everything was fine.

Very old hotel in need of renovation, the rooms are dirty and dusty, the beds are very uncomfortable (no slatted frame, you lie on a wooden board), the mattresses in the double bed slipped apart during the night, if you turn the water on, it comes out boiling hot. Plus points: for the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff!
