酒店位置好就在長江邊上，房間裏就能看到巴東長江大橋。房間設施齊全，床上用品乾淨，早餐也還不錯，總之是個性價比很高的酒店，強烈推薦入住。

有江景的房間！酒店的位置很好。
地毯上面的斑跡很多，顯得很臟。酒店收了按金，房間裏也有單子寫着迷你冰箱裏的飲料價格。但是打開冰箱，裏面什麼都沒有！ 最可笑的是房間裏的開關。夜裡要上個廁所，廁所的燈就全部自動打開，很久很久以後才關上。而卧室和廁所是玻璃隔斷。卧室也照的好亮…….
唉，原本可以做的很好，但就差了那麼一丟丟……

位置十分便利，出門走幾步路就是遊客集散中心，去神龍溪遊玩特別的便利。去巫峽口也很方便。晚上可以欣賞江景，也很安靜。停車場比較大，旁邊就是一個商場，有超市。房間整潔、乾淨，乾濕分區。來巴東遊玩不錯的選擇。

酒店地段很不錯，市中心，景觀也不錯，可以直接看到長江。缺點是：不是很乾凈，地毯上有毛髮，床單上有黃漬，因為實在太晚了，也不高興打電話前台了。

四星的酒店 五星的收費 小縣城裡的酒店 房費接近600元 早飯是三星酒店的標準 品種少的可憐 下午入住酒店 淋浴房的大花灑是壞的 水不從出水口出來而是從花灑邊上流出來 來了個客服人員 建議我用小花灑 我堅持要用大花灑 才找工程部人來換花灑 弄得像我家在裝修一樣 話説 客房的設施沒有日常檢修和保養嗎？晚餐在酒店吃的 地點是在吃早餐的餐廳 看到餐盤就放在敞開的地方 也沒有遮蓋 （圖一）且不説有蟑螂爬過 就是蒼蠅停留 也不衞生吧 希望改進 房間裏的飲用水喝光了 電話客房服務説 房間每天兩瓶免費 多的收費[抓狂][抓狂][抓狂]

酒店位置不錯，就在江邊。看江景很壯觀。但是設施有點老化，很多開關失靈，洗手枱籠頭有點短，容易讓水留到台盆上。服務可以，整體衞生也不錯。

前台服務員態度極差，沒有受過培訓、房間設施破舊，沙發上有被香煙燙的洞，房間煙味很重，衞生間門設計不合理，四星酒店的服務水平連招待所都比不上，空調使用不了。
