The surroundings are lovely, clean, and offer beautiful views. The owner here is simply amazing; he takes care of everything thoroughly. When it was my brother-in-law's birthday, we even approached him for a last-minute birthday cake. What was most charming was that he had his assistant write birthday wishes in Chinese and personally delivered a generous spread of snacks and fruits to celebrate! The owner also helped us plan our travel routes, which were perfectly arranged. We'll definitely be back next time! Extremely satisfied. Oh, and the food here is delicious too!

Please make sure you're okay with stairs before booking to avoid any misunderstanding; the location is excellent—right in the heart of Semporna town, with convenience stores and food stalls just downstairs; there's a Chinese restaurant on the 1st floor (authentic Chinese cuisine by a Chinese chef, not local flavor); a rooftop shared kitchen on the 4th floor is coming soon—perfect for cooking, gatherings, or stargazing; it’s about a 10-minute walk to the jetty, so island hopping and early boat tours are easy to catch; since it’s in the city center, it can be lively—we provide free earplugs to help you sleep well; nearby mosque prayers start around 4:30 AM daily, which is part of Malaysia’s cultural and religious diversity—thank you for your understanding and respect.

I came here with my wife for diving and stayed here again. I added the boss lady on WeChat when I stayed here last time. This time, the boss lady was busy running around for my wife to dive. I would like to express my gratitude. Because it happened to be the Malay New Year, the boss and the boss lady were gone, and only Master Zhou was watching the store. Many things were troublesome to him. He is a generous and smiling good man. A few days later, the boss came back and had a drink with the boss. As a result, we waived the money for washing clothes and drinking in the past few days. So everyone remember to find the boss to drink in the evening when you come, hahahaha. The hotel hardware is ordinary, mainly the service is good, so I won’t post the hotel pictures, just post the scenery, I wish the boss a prosperous business

This hotel met my expectations and was reasonably priced! The room was very clean, the sheets were clean and odor-free, and the facilities were relatively dust-free, much cleaner than many hotels in China. The environment was unique, quiet, and comfortable, with a large activity area and plenty of flowers and plants for photo opportunities. The view from the window was also beautiful, with many small animals like bush mice and birds, but few mosquitoes. There were also plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel, and there was a Chinese-speaking housekeeper. Scheduled shuttle service was convenient, and the breakfast was delicious, with both porridge and noodles, and I didn't feel unfamiliar. The hotel's seafood was fresh and prepared on site, and all meals were eaten at the hotel. The price was reasonable and convenient. The barbecue party was a real treat; I didn't expect there would be an evening event here, which really made the most of the day. The facilities were complete and new, meeting all my daily needs. The hotel also provided a very thoughtful way to turn on the air conditioning in advance, and there was plenty of hot water. The front desk service was friendly, and my stay was a perfect experience. I will be back with friends next time.
