I give it full marks đŻ. First of all, I would like to thank the hotel staff. They are really nice. The hotel environment is comfortable and cost-effective. If I hadn't booked a return flight, I would have stayed for a few more days. Rado should be the cheapest water house in Semporna

The surroundings are lovely, clean, and offer beautiful views. The owner here is simply amazing; he takes care of everything thoroughly. When it was my brother-in-law's birthday, we even approached him for a last-minute birthday cake. What was most charming was that he had his assistant write birthday wishes in Chinese and personally delivered a generous spread of snacks and fruits to celebrate! The owner also helped us plan our travel routes, which were perfectly arranged. We'll definitely be back next time! Extremely satisfied. Oh, and the food here is delicious too!
No elevator! No elevator! No elevator! Please make sure you're okay with stairs before booking to avoid any misunderstanding; the location is excellentâright in the heart of Semporna town, with convenience stores and food stalls just downstairs; there's a Chinese restaurant on the 1st floor (authentic Chinese cuisine by a Chinese chef, not local flavor); a rooftop shared kitchen on the 4th floor is coming soonâperfect for cooking, gatherings, or stargazing; itâs about a 10-minute walk to the jetty, so island hopping and early boat tours are easy to catch; since itâs in the city center, it can be livelyâwe provide free earplugs to help you sleep well; nearby mosque prayers start around 4:30 AM daily, which is part of Malaysiaâs cultural and religious diversityâthank you for your understanding and respect.
The Perfect Forest Eco-Resort was recently renovated in 2023, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Semporna. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Seabunny Scubacations (Semporna), Gelanggang Bola Tampar Gaggil and Surau Al - Falah Taman Sempaul all nearby. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. This Semporna hotel offers parking on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for groups of friends traveling together.
I came here with my wife for diving and stayed here again. I added the boss lady on WeChat when I stayed here last time. This time, the boss lady was busy running around for my wife to dive. I would like to express my gratitude.
Because it happened to be the Malay New Year, the boss and the boss lady were gone, and only Master Zhou was watching the store. Many things were troublesome to him. He is a generous and smiling good man.
A few days later, the boss came back and had a drink with the boss. As a result, we waived the money for washing clothes and drinking in the past few days. So everyone remember to find the boss to drink in the evening when you come, hahahaha.
The hotel hardware is ordinary, mainly the service is good, so I wonât post the hotel pictures, just post the scenery, I wish the boss a prosperous business
Coconut Garden Resort, located in Semporna, Sabah, Malaysia, has a total area of approximately 4000 square meters and 14 guest rooms, including deluxe twin rooms, deluxe family rooms, and deluxe king rooms.
Each room is equipped with 24-hour electricity, hot water, air conditioning, and other amenities.
Surrounded by a whole palm grove, the air is fresh and pleasant.
The surrounding facilities are a 10 minute walk to restaurants and large supermarkets, and about 3 kilometers away from the town dock. There are shuttle buses available in the morning and evening every day.
This hotel met my expectations and was reasonably priced! The room was very clean, the sheets were clean and odor-free, and the facilities were relatively dust-free, much cleaner than many hotels in China. The environment was unique, quiet, and comfortable, with a large activity area and plenty of flowers and plants for photo opportunities. The view from the window was also beautiful, with many small animals like bush mice and birds, but few mosquitoes. There were also plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel, and there was a Chinese-speaking housekeeper. Scheduled shuttle service was convenient, and the breakfast was delicious, with both porridge and noodles, and I didn't feel unfamiliar. The hotel's seafood was fresh and prepared on site, and all meals were eaten at the hotel. The price was reasonable and convenient. The barbecue party was a real treat; I didn't expect there would be an evening event here, which really made the most of the day. The facilities were complete and new, meeting all my daily needs. The hotel also provided a very thoughtful way to turn on the air conditioning in advance, and there was plenty of hot water. The front desk service was friendly, and my stay was a perfect experience. I will be back with friends next time.

WWill_ChenI traveled alone and stayed here for 4 nights from 8/4 to 8/8.
**Environment:**
The resort is so amazing that I wish I could keep it a secret rather than share it with you. Located in the middle of the sea, with no other structures around, you can easily enjoy the sunrise, sunset, and the starry sky every day. During the daytime, you can participate in various water sports, and if you're lucky, you might spot a sea turtle at night.
**Food:**
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included when you book the hotel, so thereâs no need to worry about meals. The resort offers seafood and local cuisine daily. Please note: Visitors should bring their own snacks and drinks before boarding the resort, as it only provides water, coffee, and tea.
**Facilities & Service:**
All the staff here will treat you kindly, even if there might be a language barrier (English is spoken here!). If you're afraid of swimming, the staff will accompany you while you're in the sea (life jackets are provided in each room). Each room also has a balcony with a lounge chair where you can relax, grab a beer, and do nothing but enjoy the soothing sea breeze.
You may not want to stay in the middle of nowhere like I did to escape from modern civilization, but I truly recommend staying at the resort for at least 2 nights. You'll definitely feel completely recharged!
Finally, I want to say that the view is so astonishing that I can hardly describe it with my limited English. You must visit this place yourself.
RRya AidaPros: Location wise. Pizza Hut,laundry service, pharmacy downstairs..Walking distance to bank..For purpose of sleeping/bathing, more than enough..
Cons: No kettle (for self made hot drink), aircond not cold enough (room 203), tv is there but no channel available, no wifi..
AAnonymous UserSo far okay..the room is no different than the twin room.nothing special for the premier deluxe king.for me it is quiet overrated..maybe i expect to much. The picture shows in google and what i get is not same. The view okay.the location was very strategic.very near with the pasar and restaurants/cafes around 5 min by car. I didnt take picture of the room only the view.
Ddingrc28The resort, located on a shallow beach in the middle of the sea, takes nearly an hour to reach by speedboat from the pier. Surrounded by lush greenery, the beach only emerges for a few hours at low tide when it's not raining. Because it's in the middle of the sea, the water is crystal clear, and the corals are still vibrantly colored. Turtles frequent the shallows to graze on the water plants, creating a breathtaking view. Ninety percent of the tourists are Chinese, so the hotel has Chinese-speaking staff. It's clear the hotel is diligently catering to the tastes of Chinese tourists, with security and equipment provided in the snorkeling and beach areas, and a transparent boat for photos. However, it's also heartbreaking to see plastic bottles floating in the water, causing many corals to be trampled and killed. If this continues, I wonder if our children will still appreciate this pristine sea when they grow up. I sincerely hope we can all work together to protect this beautiful scenery, by encouraging people to bring their own drinks and providing ample free drinking water, thereby reducing plastic waste. When snorkeling, try not to wear large fins when entering the water and step on the coral. The coral is very shallow, and many people who can't swim will instinctively step down with their feet. Wearing large fins to take pictures will definitely kill a lot of coral. The only colorful coral we saw the day before was trampled by so many fins that by the next day, there were fewer colorful corals. Try to reuse plastic water bottles and fill the dining area with water to reduce empty bottles. Try to use the pure plant-based bath soap provided by the hotel to reduce the amount of chemicals discharged into the sea. Use bath towels and hand towels for multiple days... Eat as little as possible to avoid waste... Nature and humans are mutually dependent. If we pay attention, nature will reward us with beautiful scenery.
HHaojingchangzaiâThe room is clean, tidy and sanitary, very good, and cost-effective compared to other hotels. I came here mainly because it was clean. I put on earplugs before going to bed to hear the noise from the mosque next door, and I couldn't hear it at all after falling asleep. The boss was very friendly.
GGuest UserIt was my first time to experience a water house. The slide went directly into the sea. It was very interesting.
Service: The hotel's arrangements are in place and they can help you solve any problems you have. We booked a charter boat for snorkeling for two people. The instructor is also very professional and will dive to the bottom of the sea to help you catch the fish from the bottom of the sea.
Facilities: As soon as I entered the room, I couldn't wait to experience the slide. At first, I was worried that I would sink into the sea if I slid down. There are life jackets at the front desk, so there is no need to worry.
Free dinner: The dishes are very rich, the chicken is very tender, the crabs are also very fresh, there is crab roe in it, you canât get enough of the shrimps
AAnonymous UserI think I might be the first Korean visitor :) I am from Malaysia but it was a beautiful experience in East Malaysia, which was my first visit. For safety, I recommend that you understand the territorial disputes and historical background of East Malaysia. You will need to communicate with the local resort through email and WhatsApp, so if you have difficulty speaking English, you can get information about boats and resorts with plenty of time.
