遠遠便見到酒店大樓高大上，辦理入住時感受到酒店工作人員的熱情和專業的服務，酒店新開業但無異味，房間設施齊全、床品乾淨舒服，早餐品種多樣，還有我喜歡的室外泳池，總體物超所值。酒店位置好，去市內景點很近，滴車很方便，對該酒店感到非常滿意，值得推薦。

酒店設施沒有什麼不好，主要是個別工作人員態度極其惡劣，昨天下午五點半打電話到前台，問可以下去游泳嗎？前台人員説衹要不下雨都可以遊，5:48分帶着小孩子下樓游泳，來了一位穿着工作服的工作人員説現在沒有救生員，游泳的話讓你們看好小孩，然後我們帶着小孩去游泳，下水沒到五分鐘莫名走來一個沒有穿工作服的人一臉嫌棄大聲的説 這不是泡澡的地方，要游泳就要帶泳帽，天啊，我們耳朵又沒有聾，這麼大聲是什麼意思？重要的是態度極其惡劣，你好好説 我們把泳帽帶上就可以，就你這種態度？我們又不是來受氣的，雙手舉報這個沒有穿工作服的人員！1、上班沒有穿工作服，2、對待客人態度極其惡劣！（給1分純屬個別工作人員的原因，開除他立馬改五星好評）

這次已經是第二次入住金紫荊星際酒店，停車很方便，環境很好，房間很潔凈，前台職員也很友善。 附近有夢之島廣場，有很多美食，開車或打車過去也不用10分鐘時間，下次再到百色，也一定會再入住。

本次選擇這間新開酒店，總體印象不錯，設施設備較新、設計顏色搭配較新穎、地理位置方便。但在服務方面還有較大提升的空間，我們的房間外出時打了“請勿打擾”燈，晚餐後回到房間居然有人進來放了一份水果，有些不可思議；第2天的早餐，我們是8:45到餐廳，餐廳裏客人多不説，出品的早餐90%以上空盤，整個餐廳也見不到酒店的管理人員在場，我們衹能與餐廳門口的服務員説晚些再下來用餐，服務員也沒有表示歉意的意思。衷心希望酒店越做越好！

入店時説了句希望樓層高點，那個男的服務員一臉嫌棄地説“就你們訂的這種房，最高衹能到十樓（酒店有19層）”，入住後也沒有迎賓水果（我是攜程鉑金會員，會員權益用1個積分可以享有），我以為住這種高級雙床房的都沒有呢，結果第二天開門透氣時發現有服務員用小車拉着果盤給新住客，而我們沒有，這種勢力的區別對待嚴重影響了我住這家酒店的心情。
再説酒店宣傳的有網紅室外泳池，結果是一池“碧”水，還不開放。
