Upon arrival, we were initially assigned the incorrect room. Although we were able to change rooms the following day, the new accommodation was neither a twin nor did it include the promised balcony. The staff displayed a notable lack of courtesy and transparency throughout our stay.
The bathroom exhibited visible mould, and the breakfast offered was both repetitive and of extremely poor quality — consisting of stale bread and substandard juice and coffee. The property is situated beside a heavily trafficked road, resulting in incessant noise and car horns at all hours of the day and night.
Additionally, the window would not close properly, the room reeked of cigarette smoke, and there was a complete absence of soundproofing. The air conditioning was nonfunctional, and we did not even attempt to use the television. Not enough toilet paper was provided and the water pressure in the shower was not sufficient.
Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing, and we were relieved to have checked out today.

Oteldeki çalışanlar ilgili ve samimiydi. Konumu da harikaydı. Biz bebeğimiz için beşik istemiştik tedarik edildi fakat biraz eskiydi. Bir de oda biraz eski sayılır, baktığı taraf da arkadaydı.
Yine Bakü’ye gitsek ailecek konaklamk isteyeceğimiz bir otel. Beklentimiz zaten çok yüksek değildi, o yüzden memnun kaldık.

一言難盡，除了離差旅辦公地近一些，其他真的不好講。
位置還是挺不錯的，附近有mall，靠近裏海海濱，旁邊不遠有兩個不錯的中餐廳。
但是不知為何酒店前台在二樓，一樓入口狹窄，一側就用破板子擋一下，感覺非常不好。
入住當日抵達得早，衹好等到中午才checkin，但是拿卡開門進去床上還有個大哥在酣睡😪，衹好退回去再等一小時清人和打掃，尷尬😳
二樓盡頭的早餐東西比較少，湊合吃點吧，退房的時候早晨前台一直沒人，按鈴也沒人來，等了好久衹好放下卡先離開。
夏天是旅遊旺季吧，如果不是其他酒店訂滿了和價格考量，大概率不會再住這家酒店啦

房間內部真的是維護得很糟糕，污漬明顯，廁所進門那裡的磚還爛了。早餐的東西不知道是多久的，麪包巨幹，西瓜等水果上面都有蟲在飛。最搞笑的是住店的最後一天早上我醒來發現我的房間停電了，聯繫酒店後半小時來電，就很荒唐，不是酒店停電了。然後訂單訊息上説明瞭我需要現場付1點幾歐的税的費用，但是離店時收了我11馬納特，那個人英語巨差，又懶得和他扯。這個酒店的唯一好處，位置好，機場大巴終點站/始發站走不了幾步就到了，周圍啥都有

酒店位置很好，但是設施真的很舊了，尤其是燒水壺，舊掉渣了，對於需要喝熱水的中國人，這一點很不方便，電梯是壞的，提着箱子上下，當然酒店的服務人員也有幫着拿了，但是……住在三層，也的確不怎麼方便。酒店前台還行，完成了基本的工作。除了酒店位置這一點，作為中國遊客，不推薦這裏

Отель расположен удобно. По середине между старым и новым Баку. Рядом есть и магазины и кафе и что может ещё понадобиться.
Номера чистые. Немного усталые. Единственный минус это вытекает из плюса, расположен рядом с оживленной улицей и как следствие шумновато из-за этого в номере. Слышно всё что происходит на улице.
Завтраки хорошие. Можно не прогуливать.
Персонал приветственный, с чем обращались за помощью всегда находили решение и ответ.

Excellent location , very nice breakfast everyday , very clean . Stuf helped me with everything . I stayed there 6 nights with my family and liked it , there r a lot of restraunts and markets near by. Will come back soon……………………………………………………..
