The room was ok!

We are very disappointed with our recent stay at this hotel. The air conditioning hasn't worked for the past three days, and every time we complained, we received a different excuse. We also requested a discount since we paid the full amount upfront, but the staff's response was unhelpful. Overall, this wasn't a good experience. I would strongly advise against staying here and wouldn't recommend it to others.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Arion. The staff were incredibly kind and considerate, and did their best to make sure we were well looked after. Great facilities, brand new, and the food we had was very nice. Would recommend.

Bir kere 3 yildiz olamayacak kadar kotu. Hijyen yok, yatak carsafini ve yastik kiliflarini degistirmediler bile. Bir ara kapiyi master key ile birileri acti sonra kapadi. Guvenlik te yok gizlilik te. Iki bornoz vardi kullandikca degisim icin banyoya biraktim sonra tek havlu birakmaya basladilar bornoz vermediler. Duvarlar ses geciriyor, diger odalardaki insanlarin +18 seslerini dinlemek zorunda kaldim. Bir ara da tek kaliyorum diye cift kisilik yataga tek kisilik yorgan birakmislardi.

Отвратительная ситуация с этим отелем. Бронировали через их сайт в феврале 2023 по стоимости 350 AZN на даты с 26.04. по 01.05. Отель самостоятельно отменил бронь, без согласования 18.04. Чтобы забронировать 18.04. заново на эти даты, стоимость уже 750 AZN. Не бронируйте через их сайт, можно остаться на улице!

Отель просто ужаснный!год назад этот отель был на 4 звезды.В номерах убрали чайник,воду,нет банных халатов.Завтрак!отдельно берут плату за завтак,есть нечего!Нет даже обычного сыра!не приходите чюда за эту цену можно поситить отель в 3 раза лудше!
