The staff are very patient and have a good service attitude. However, the sound insulation effect of the room is very poor, and the conversation in the next room can be heard clearly. There was no quilt for the bedding. The quilt was in the cupboard and was dirty and torn. No toiletries provided.

Nice room with balcony. Only we don’t have a chance to try there breakfast as our tour always left early at 6am and they don’t have option to arrange breakfast box like breadbasket. They should atleast arrange for the tourist who has early tour as the attraction in baku quite far also their breakfast timings is too late to open. But the hotel is nice , comfortable bed and netflix or youtube you can connect in their tv. Also 1st day internet connect so slow
