Excellent price-value ratio. Recommended for a comfortable stay, well located and at a reasonable price.

Reception service very good, attentive. Basic breakfast but with enough options. Rooms negative point that it is all carpet and sealed glass so it is with a lot of dust concentration, ideal would be to remove carpet. Bed a little "tired". Great location, close to shopping and very close to Universal. I believe it is the best option in the region because of the breakfast that makes the difference. Cleaning service passed every day in the room.

The front desk of the hotel is very friendly. My father wanted to ask for a room on the ground because of foot pain, but the room on the ground floor was full and there was no elevator. Thank you to the front desk clerk for taking the initiative to carry our luggage upstairs for us. The breakfast is really good, with a wide variety 👍 🏻

The tub was stained and mildewy. Upon waking in the morning, there was a live roach on the headboard.

Very old, not too clean Roach In bathroom. When I first got into my room I figured I would sleep in my clothes on a chair. Beds and sheets didn’t look clean

The room was very nice, staff was very pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job, room was very clean. Excellent value for the price!

The bathroom shower faucet kept leaking. Internet was poor. Kept dropping. Carpets dirty. Breakast waffles were great. Same options though everyday. Some variety needed. Dove toiletries were nice. Staff were friendly ad helpful.

The beds were absolutely terrible. They are completely worn out. The room smelled terrible, the refrigerator leaked, the floor was torn up, the tub was nasty and the toilet ran all night. It was super noisy. I would never ever stay there nor recommend it to anyone else,

The property is old and not well maintained，smelly carpet，have to check out the second day. great and helpful staff

I lik the location of the hotel. Decent breakfast that is included in the price. Cleaning staff can do a better job. They came to clean one day and we asked to come back in 30 minutes because we were getting ready to go shopping. They didn't come back to clean that day :-(
