Perhaps the only thing I can find fault with is the coffee) But this is a country with a tea tradition, so coffee had to be introduced for tourists. Everything else suited me, and even more, I will definitely come back. The staff are all sweethearts. The location is awesome.

Great hotel, great location, spacious room.
There are a couple of points: the view of the residence is a view into the wall of the building, breakfast is from 9 to 11 and at 10:59 everything is already cleaned, this is the first time I’ve seen this

The room is very large, the living experience is great, and the price is reasonable. We went out to play, and when we returned to the room, we saw our clothes neatly folded, which was very heart-warming! Very recommendable.

We stayed at this hotel in Baku, the impressions were generally good, but not without downsides.
We had a room on the 7th floor with a sea view - this is, perhaps, the main advantage. The view is gorgeous both during the day and in the evening. The renovation is fresh, everything is clean, you can't hear your neighbors - the soundproofing is good. We liked the breakfasts, there were always free tables, the choice is normal. Very convenient location: literally across the street there is a shopping center with a supermarket and shops - it helped.
Now about the downsides. Twice at night the toilet cistern began to fill up by itself - quite noisy, we woke up. There is a lot of noise from the street: honking constantly, even at night, music, cars - we slept only with earplugs. The double-glazed windows do not particularly muffle the noise. Also in our room there was some strange handle on the glass (either a balcony door or a window) - we had to twist it any way we could to open and close it, very inconvenient.
The electronic lock was also glitchy - it opened every other time, we had to change the card twice.
And the shower products (gel, soap, shampoo) from the wall dispensers smelled unpleasant - neither I nor the rest of our company (there were four of us) liked it.
In short - the hotel is ok if the view and location are important. But if you are sensitive to noise or are used to little things like good shower accessories, it is better to keep this in mind.

Excellent location, inside the old city, easily walk over to the top attractions inside the old city. Front desk staff is very friendly, give detail instructions on how to get into places we asked about. Hotel restaurant provide tasty food with big portion and inexpensive. We really enjoyed our stay there and strongly recommended this place.

The location is very good, right at the entrance to the old town, very convenient. The hotel is relatively old and outdated. There are ants on the bed. Cars cannot enter, and it takes about 6 minutes to walk to the hotel after dropping off the passengers. It is a 5-minute walk from the Maiden Tower. It is very close to the pedestrian street and bar street in front of the theater. In fact, it takes 12-15 minutes to walk to the Caspian Sea. The hotel itself is also a ruin.

Overall the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful
There was only an incident when checking in we were not given a twin but they replaced the king bed and gave 1 additional small bed .. ok never mind
The incident that made me sad was my child fell because during breakfast he slipped because the staff was mopping and the water made my child fall
We shouldn't have wet the floor when mopping and there was no warning sign to be careful of slippery floors
My child couldn't get up for 20 minutes
But fortunately he got better because he was immediately given an ice compress
But so far this hotel is indeed the best location!

Please don't blindly trust the mm t on our booking voucher they mentioned the balcony but the hotel denied at the time of check in. Mm t offered compensation after completing our journey. Now about the hotel, it was good hotel specially location is superb easy access for everything though we don't like the hospitality they were kind of rude. But apart from that everything was a fun.

We wrote in advance by email to agree on a paid early check-in. They said that there would be 2 birthdays during the stay. There was no answer.
Upon arrival, they claimed that we had not written anything to them, then they found our letter. They could not even check us in an hour earlier, although the hotel was clearly not full. They charged us twice for the tax, although we had already paid it.
During the stay, no compliments were given in honor of any of the birthdays, not even a small note.
To summarize, the service for this level of the hotel leaves much to be desired.
If you consider the room stock and infrastructure, then everything is good. The location is good.

IIsdzarteeI stayed here only for a night but it was one of the best stay in hotel I ever had. The room is so spacious, minimally decorated with modern design and clean. The bath tub is really big and can fit 2 person. All the staff I encountered were very nice and promptly answered my questions. The price is definitely high but its worth it

AAnonymous UserThe room was a bit small, but the hotel's location was fantastic, and overall I was very satisfied with my stay! The Old Town was just a 5-minute walk away, and I loved its atmosphere. It was very comfortable to sit at a roadside restaurant and have a coffee or a drink. There were also many street performers near the Maid of the Tower. The hotel ground floor had a pedestrian-friendly area with many bars, creating a great atmosphere at night. I arrived during F1, so prices skyrocketed; compared to regular prices, they were quite reasonable! Because of the race, roads were closed everywhere, so the area was a bit confusing, even for locals. It took me a while to find the hotel on the first day.

GGuest UserLocation is close to the Old City metro station. Takes about 10 minutes walk. My room is small. They maximum to use the space. Amenities are good: tooth brush, towel, shampoo, shower gel, TV, fridge, water…..etc Staff are nice!
My room is near the reception and other two rooms. You can hear their conversation if they speak loudly

PPENGArrived at the hotel at 4 o'clock in the morning, the front desk is still there. Hotel health is very good, next to the Marriott Hotel, the room is large, a good stay experience, you have to bring toiletries, Austrian hotels, and are close to the beach.

KKsenia22Прилетев попросили заранее трансфер, нам предоставили таксиста который за 50 манат нас довез до непонятного места, сказал тут не далеко идите пешком , найдете))(от аэропорта до отеля 13-20 манат обычное такси Bolt,Яндекс), по прибытию нам сообщили что наш номер в отеле на ремонте и заселили в другую гостиницу без доп оплат .Atropat здесь оказался номер больше и питание шведский стол. На 2 ночи последним нас переселили в эту гостиницу и это совсем другая атмосфера , прожить в этом номере и с таким питанием мыб не смогли 😁красиво , теплые полы, но шумно так как окошечко выходит на лестницу где народ ходит, кровать с пружинами жесткими и завтрак( фото прилагаю) а попросив завтрак по раньше так как мы уезжаем нам принести, нам пообещали, но никто уже его не принес и проигнорировали нас! Для разнообразия интересный вариант, на сутки , двое норм
