The centrally located apartment is on the second floor of a residential building surrounded by shady palm trees and pines. Situated in the town centre, 300m from the nearest beach and port, you will find all amenities within walking distance. Lilas benefits from private, barrier controlled parking, a huge bonus in high season Cassis.The large, air conditioned double bedroom has sliding doors that lead onto a southern balcony with wonderful views towards the sea, medieval chateau and Cap Canaille. The spacious, air conditioned living room shares the same stunning view; the balcony is a great spot for an alfresco meal or sundowner, watching the changing light at dusk and the illumination of the clock tower at nightfall.
