Lucknow Hotels with balcony

The property is excellent with the old world charm.  Extremely good service with a special shout out to Ajay Kumar from housekeeping. Very prompt service from all staffs.  However a bit more upkeep is necessary to maintain the charm of this heritage property. We were in the Residency room.  The bathroom needs a makeover, it is huge but a bit run down with tiles which are visibly very worn out. The cupboard in the room is wooden with handles in wooden blocks which shows good taste, but it is not very functional and size is small. Amenities need to be a bit more modern while keeping the heritage feel intact.  Overall a pleasant stay.

Great ambience for nomads like me@!!

On my recent visit to Lucknow, i chose “Arth Studio” apartment in Omaxe Hazratganj. As i was travelling by train this time, i reached in the morning. My Checkin time was 2pm, and i had an urgent work in registry office. I requested my host if i could do early checkin, all the rooms were occupied and their check out time was 11 am. I Explained our urgency to our host, and somehow our host managed to arrange a room for us for early check in. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. Our host was always available with us during our stay. I used to stay at Utopian Hotel (Gomti Nagar), now i have found another place to stay during my Lucknow visit.

The photo doesn't match the reality. The room is totally worst than the given photo. Only the restaurant photo is real. The bathroom smell not good.  Average level hotel room in India.

There are a lot of street food facilities, not good in the hotel. Service was not much better not a very good hotel in our opinion
