Everything about the property is top class, location, hospitality, food, rooms, cleanliness, everything is good. Only thing is that there is no valet parking and the parking space is shared with blink-it warehouse.

Hotel reception service - 2 out of 5 , extremely slow and staff seems lost and unclear. Hotel house keeping and room cleanliness - 2 out of 5 . Bedsheets were not clean , bathroom toiletries were not environmental friendly and clean. Hotel restaurant service : 5 out of 5 . Too good. Staff was very efficient, responsive, fast. Food options were very good. Buffet service and options were excellent.

La Sarovar Lucknow is an excellent stay option with a prime location close to key attractions and transport. The hotel offers excellent hospitality, attentive staff, and prompt service that makes guests feel valued. Comfortable rooms, slightly dated but well maintained amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere ensure a memorable experience for both leisure and business travelers.

The property is excellent with the old world charm.  Extremely good service with a special shout out to Ajay Kumar from housekeeping. Very prompt service from all staffs.  However a bit more upkeep is necessary to maintain the charm of this heritage property. We were in the Residency room.  The bathroom needs a makeover, it is huge but a bit run down with tiles which are visibly very worn out. The cupboard in the room is wooden with handles in wooden blocks which shows good taste, but it is not very functional and size is small. Amenities need to be a bit more modern while keeping the heritage feel intact.  Overall a pleasant stay.

Had an excellent stay at Crowne Plaza! The hotel exceeded expectations in every aspect. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and impeccably clean, providing a very comfortable stay. The staff was warm, professional, and attentive, ensuring that every need was taken care of promptly. The dining experience was outstanding, with delicious food and a wide variety of options. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was luxurious yet welcoming. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza to anyone looking for a premium hospitality experience and would gladly stay here again.

During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s restaurant, and I must say, the service exceeded all expectations. From the moment I entered, Anamika welcomed me warmly, making me feel instantly comfortable

We were three friends from New Zealand and stayed at Regenta for two nights. The place was nice and the room was comfortable. The staff set up an extra cot for us so we were all able to stay in the same room which was great. The place is a mix of old charm and affordable accom and we thought it was good value. The staff were super helpful and attentive. They arranged quick laundry service for us, and even got us a pack of playing cards to be delivered to the hotel. The manager also gave us advice advice about getting an Indian phone number, where to get coffee and info about navigating the train station. He also gifted us some guides about lucknow and Varanasi, where we were headed to next. We appreciated the late checkout and the hotel kindly stored our bags for our late train too. Great stay!

Located at a walking distance from MG Road metro , it is one of the best hotel in medium budget . They offer luxurious room with all the amenities .staff was quite helpful and polite . Breakfast was complimentary and it was really good in terms of quality and options served . In addition restaurant charges were nominal and taste,quantity of the food was good . Consider this outlet if you are looking for hotel nearby MG Road

I recently stayed at Vint Club, Lucknow, and unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. The room was not as tidy as I would have hoped—there were clear signs of poor housekeeping, and it didn’t feel fresh or well-maintained. Additionally, the staff seemed quite inattentive and unresponsive to requests, which made the stay less pleasant. There’s definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and service.

The towels had some stains on it and the dinner that I ordered arrived quite late with dessert that went cold . But the location and the main dish that I ordered was good .
