KAAV you made us feel Home ❤️Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff, special thanks to Mr. Sujith. Most friendly and helpful staff ever. Everything about the KAAV was exceptional. It was clean, stylish and rooms were with excellent service. Food was really good and great value for money, service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. We had a tiny safari and had pawsome time with our furry friend Mr. Toto.
The rooms are good no doubt. But the service is very poor. In the evening we went to their garden restaurant for dinner and all stewards are standing at the corner and chit chatting. No one bothers about the customer. When we order something they give another thing and they argue rudely with us. Morning breakfast complimentary. They just give one item and then after 30min they just pop up and ask for another thing. Like this they want to control the cost. Not worth the money we spent there
Hotel is normal, location is successful, close to all shops and cafes, yoga studios, but not in the center of events, from 23.00 to 5 a.m. quietly, at the rest of the time very noisy, as the hotel on the road. Very responsive staff ready to help in any matter, don't be shy to ask, but English isn't spoken practically. There is a common kitchen on the roof with a refrigerator, gas plates, washing machine (very old and it is necessary to follow it, so it didn't use) and some dishes.
I got a room with windows in 30-40 cm from the neighboring house, so it was very dark and crude even in the day, in the bathroom when the settlement found occupiers and packaging from the shampoo on the window, cleaning for 4 days did not offer. Maybe I was not lucky with the room, of course I should look at the settlement. In the closet too there were dirty spots that had to wipe. Water is hot not all day, according to my observations: from 8-9 morning to 12-13 day only, as it works so I didn't understand.
In general, it's all right, but you should pay attention to cleaning and look at the room at the settlement. Seeing the neighboring rooms looked decent.
Location: Easily reachable and good road.
Property: Greenery maintained well.
Food: Breakfast spread is good. Soft idlis and crispy vadas.
The Valentine's al-carte menu was OK.
The valentine's day menu was confusing. The names were changed to match the theme but it didn't give any clear clue of what it was. We ended up ordering things we didn't wanted.
Amenities:
Good and clean rooms. Everything was functioning as expected for us.
There are no water aerators to the taps. So there is lot of water wastage and also the water flow pressure is high.
OKish indoor game area. The snooker que, TT bats aren't in great shape.
Service:
Excellent staff. Always ready to help.
