Valladolid Hotels with balcony

Very nice and authentic feel to the hotel. Room is as in pictures, comfortable and clean. Pool was a bit small to use. Limited breakfast choice for early risers but everything was tasty. Definitely a recommend.

This boutique hotel looks good in every angle, and well designed so there’s lots of privacy. Staff were super nice.

The truth is, it's a very nice place, the cave is fabulous, the water is very good. The hotel is a little less spacious than I thought it would be. The staff is friendly and very attentive to your needs. Regarding the location, it's fine. I have no complaints in general... I only had one problem... one night, upon entering my room, I noticed a very strong smell of urine or cat poop, I don't know. I mentioned it to the front desk, and their response was evasive... the lady argued that what smelled like that was the material the ceilings are made of... that was unbelievable... I didn't like this. In any case, there should have been more complaints, and according to what the front desk told me, there weren't. I complained, we sat down to dinner and when we came back it didn't smell anymore...what they did we don't know 🙂↔️ I think they must have forgotten to pick up the kittens' waste....This was unpleasant... I still liked it except for this...

For the price absoloutly brilliant, the staff were brilliant and very attentive. We only needed one night in Vallodolid so this was perfect. Would definitly stay again if staying over in Vallodolid.

OMG! That's what I said when I arrived and walked into this amazing boutique hotel. From the moment we arrive the staff was very friendly. They allowed us to review the room before we made a final decision to stay here. The reason being this was not our original choice. Our original hotel had caught on fire and was no longer available for our dates. We made our way to our room which was sealed to show that they were adhering to the COVID-19 requirements. Even the room key was in sealed plastic packaging. The rooms we quaint and nice in size. 10 rooms make this a great option for SOCIAL DISTANCING. Considering we had just left a luxury hotel in Tulum this did not disappoint. The location we found was PERFECT! We could walk to everything. We had a driver and because it was raining we did use the car. BREAKFAST was sooooo good and fresh fruit was beyond! Will use this location for my clients in the future who want to visit Valladolid. Others were good, but the male staff was so friendly and nice. However, I didn't do the cleaning service once in the middle, so I asked for it, but the female staff made it very unpleasant with their irresponsible tone and attitude for 20 hours.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Bamboo. The room was very spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The only small downside is that the pool is quite small, but overall it was still a great stay and we would happily return.
