ThomasblnI was very disappointed after seeing breakfast buffet in this hotel! Knowing that it wasn’t cheap hotel and has lots of branches over Philippines, I didn’t expect that the buffet would be considering only Philippino and Chinese taste. Eggs weren’t even cooked well, hash brown smelled with old oil, most of the food contains pork, not much fruit choice ( only two ) , coffee tasted as though coffee machine wasn’t cleaned for ages. I raised a complaint knowing I had food poisoning after 2 consecutive days! All I heard is sorry we can provide you veggies … is it a best offer knowing how much we paid for this hotel! Then at least give people option of not including breakfast to the room price. Concerning room no problem, clean and nice.

THE PLACE WAS NICE AND THE LOCATION IS ALMOST PERFECT BUT THE SERVICE WE EXPERIENCED ARE BY FAR THE WORSE WE EXPERIENCE IN ANY HOTEL THAT WE'VE BEEN TO. I already reached out to trip.com in regards of my complaint and they're are nice and professional enough to accommodate me and address the issue although henann did not take any responsibility at all. If you stay in hotel make sure to spend more money as they are more focus on milking they're guest than doing their job properly.

Guest UserThis is a fantastic hotel that makes you want to return. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-laid out, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and cozy, providing an excellent night's sleep with absolutely no noise disturbances. The bathroom was spotless, and the hot water was consistent and convenient to use. The staff were friendly, attentive, and promptly resolved any issues. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, immaculately clean, with thoughtful touches evident everywhere. The location is excellent, making travel easy, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. It offers incredible value for money, and my overall experience was perfect. Highly recommended!

The environment, location, and service are all excellent, offering great value for money. However, the room facilities aren't the best; the bathroom door and fittings are quite old, and the air conditioning is noisy. It would be even better if there was a table in the room to put things on.

The hotel overall is decent, and the environment is nice. However, the biggest drawback is the lack of hot water for showers. You have to request hot water from the front desk in advance. Unfortunately, even after I asked the front desk for hot water, I ran the tap for ages and only cold water came out – I almost caught a cold! In the end, a staff member boiled water in a kettle and gave me a bucket to shower. I don't know which genius came up with this failed energy-saving design of not even installing a water heater, it's truly speechless. Plus, the hotel doesn't provide thick duvets, only thin duvet covers, quite similar to some hotels in European countries.

DuorourouderouduoduoThe taxi to Alona Beach is 50-100p. We arrived a few hours early, and they kindly allowed us to check in. The service was warm and welcoming. There are several Korean restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and a coffee shop right outside the hotel. The hotel's exterior is quite attractive, and the rooms are spacious with relatively new facilities. The bathroom even has a bucket and basin for washing clothes, and the balcony comes with a drying rack. It's also very quiet at night, and the bedding smells fresh. The only downside is the lack of stable hot water.

Ольга ГегияThe main advantage of this hotel is its location – close to the beach and the city center, yet set back from the main road. This means it's quiet and peaceful, but everything is still within walking distance.
The rooms are spacious, and the linens and towels are clean. Hot water, a fridge, air conditioning, and a hairdryer – all the modern conveniences are there.
Room cleaning is available upon request.
The pool is clean, and the grounds are constantly maintained.
Breakfast is à la carte and quite filling.
There's a slight sewage smell in the bathroom, but we somehow managed to get used to it.
Everything else is very good for the price.

If you are looking for a true escape to unwind and recharge, this resort is absolute perfection.
The location is ideal because it is tucked away from the crowded resort areas, offering a uniquely quiet and serene atmosphere. Thanks to the peaceful surroundings, I enjoyed some of the best quality sleep and rest I have had in a long time.
A huge bonus is its close proximity to South Farm, where we enjoyed incredibly delicious food. To top it all off, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire stay.
We truly loved our time here and will definitely be back!

First of all, the service is perfect. They were very kind. I had to go to the port early in the morning, but they arranged a tuk-tuk for me. I was very grateful for that.
The location is also close to Alona Beach, and if you take a motorbike taxi, it will cost about 50 pesos.
You can also walk there, but it's a bit difficult at night, so I recommend taking a motorbike taxi. There is a very stylish cafe restaurant near the hotel, so please try it.
There were quite a few ants in the room, but it didn't bother me. If you are concerned about them, please use another hotel.
The water pressure in the shower is a little weak, but hot water comes out!

Average accommodations on the road to Alona beach but not right on the beach itself. It is a very popular place. The room was medium-small in size. It did not have a fridge or other accessories. Rather limited. All of Alona beach has exaggerated prices compared to the services in my opinion and moreover in low season. Choose the right season before going there
