Guest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Azul de Panglao! The hotel has such a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Bohol. Everything was impeccably clean—from the rooms to the common areas—which made our stay even more comfortable.
The location is another big plus. It's tucked away in a quiet area, so you can truly enjoy the serenity, yet it's still just a short ride or walk to Alona Beach and nearby restaurants and attractions.
One of our favorite parts of the stay was the coffee served every morning. It was always fresh and delicious, and it became something we looked forward to each day. The staff were also warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home.
If you're looking for a clean, peaceful, and conveniently located boutique hotel in Panglao, we highly recommend Azul de Panglao. We would definitely stay here again!

Nuri/누리The hotel experience was mixed depending on the room assigned. The first room was in okay condition, although there was a slight smell. The second room was not the best, but the last room we received was very good and much more comfortable. So overall, the experience may vary depending on which room you get.
We really enjoyed the facilities, especially the pool, which was very nice. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
The location is convenient if you need quick access to the airport, especially for late-night or early-morning flights. However, it is quite far from the city center, so getting a taxi or tuk-tuk can sometimes be challenging unless you book through the Maxim app, which requires a local phone number for registration.

I could have stayed for another 4 days but I changed my hotel to another one instead, - here are few things make me not wanting to extend my stay:
Before I go on the list, I need to clarify that this hotel does not give permission for TRIP to run the listing, as I was told by the staff. If you book this hotel via trip, then it is trip who books through agoda on your behalf. Be aware of this. If Trip ever say they will contact the property on your behalf, it is a lie.
1. It was extremely frustrating when communicating with the hotel staff. They are nice, and polite but not helpful and not reachable when needed, they would be very polite to say ”sorry” at every single basic request abd they would do nothing about it. And when calling reception from the room, there is hardly anyone answering the call
2. The hotel is not well equipped.
3.The breakfast is at MIST, but not served at the MIST standard, for example, considering the price of this hotel, not expecting to be given instant coffee for breakfast which gives people the shake.

Here are the cons:
1. Not sure if it's because we slept until 1 PM and then left, but the hotel didn't clean our room.
2. The shower pressure in the bathroom was very low, which was quite uncomfortable.
3. There seemed to be no disposable combs provided.
And here are the pros:
1. They offered a great variety of instant noodles for breakfast, which was a nice and novel touch.
2. The staff were very efficient at solving problems.
3. The environment was lovely, really giving off a vacation vibe. Many thoughtful details made it more comfortable for Chinese guests, like the drying rack.

The room type I booked didn't match the pictures online; there was no sofa or coffee table. There's an old building and a newly renovated one (P2). My male companion was assigned to the new building, while my female friend and I were put in the old one. It felt like they were judging us. Plus, there were ants in the room – definitely wouldn't recommend it. The location is bad, far from the beach, and there are no convenience stores nearby. Also, checking in early was much more expensive than the same-day rate.

Unavailable sir.
That about sums up my experience anytime I inquired about something on the food menu. Prices are high, as any hotel would be, but to have so many options unavailable such as all sodas is wild.
No soap and shampoo holder in shower which is a baffling design choice.
Bed is one of the firmest I've slept on while the pillows are some of the softest and thinnest, weird combo.
Thought they had a lazy pool to float around the ring but no tubes and no current soo bit bummed.
Location is a little out there with rocky roads and not much grab availability since most do not want to drive their cars down there.
That said - Wifi was reliable, air con worked well and everyone was super friendly.
50/50 on returning in the future.. Need to fix the restaurant supply issues and service in the restaurant.

Aria HamabeI highly recommend this hotel for travelers looking for reasonable nightly rates and a very convenient location. It’s just a short walking distance to Alona Beach, with many restaurants and bars nearby, so there’s no need to rent a motorcycle you can easily walk everywhere from Harmony Hotel.
The staff are very welcoming and accommodating, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Panglao.

Margarette AnnWhat I enjoyed the most was the view wherever part of the hotel you are; whether you're at the balcony, or on the rooftop restaurant bar, poolside, or sunbathing area. The view is stunning! ✨ The staffs, they all have good manners and that's what matters most when it comes to treating guests. They are very polite and trained well. Not to mention their foods, it's all delicious and affordable. The whole stay was great and we had so much fun! Perfect place to relax with your family or loved ones! 👌💗

Guest UserA peaceful retreat! We will definitely be back!
If you are looking for a true escape to unwind and recharge, this resort is absolute perfection.
The location is ideal because it is tucked away from the crowded resort areas, offering a uniquely quiet and serene atmosphere. Thanks to the peaceful surroundings, I enjoyed some of the best quality sleep and rest I have had in a long time.
A huge bonus is its close proximity to South Farm, where we enjoyed incredibly delicious food. To top it all off, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire stay.
We truly loved our time here and will definitely be back!

I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding my recent stay.
Firstly, I found the bed to be quite firm, to the point that it affected my comfort. Rather than feeling well-rested, I experienced some back discomfort. A more balanced or supportive mattress would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
Additionally, it appeared that the hotel may be understaffed. When I required assistance with my luggage, there were no staff members readily available, despite the absence of an elevator and the presence of only stairs. I do, however, appreciate the effort of the room service staff member who kindly assisted me. Increasing staff availability, particularly for guest assistance, would be highly beneficial.
Regarding breakfast, while the offering was satisfactory, the selection seemed limited and some items were not replenished promptly. More consistent refilling of food items would improve the dining experience for guests.
I hope this feedback is helpful and contributes to further improving the quality of service and guest comfort.
