Arrangement is easy to made, just need to let the front desk know. Check in and out are fast. However, the hallway to your room is quite long from the lobby. Those who prefer a shorter walk might want to request a room closer to entrance"

"I recently traveled through Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac) and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the bathrooms. As a frequent flyer, I've encountered my fair share of airport restrooms, but SeaTac truly stood out.
Upon entering, the floors were spotless, and the stalls were well-maintained. The sinks gleamed, and there was an ample supply of soap and paper towels. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail—there were no unpleasant odors, and the mirrors were streak-free, which is often a rarity in busy airports.
The staff seemed to be consistently checking and restocking supplies, ensuring that everything was in order. I even noticed a cleaning crew actively maintaining the area, which gave me confidence that cleanliness is a priority at SeaTac.
Overall, my experience in the SeaTac bathrooms was refreshing and made my travel experience much more enjoyable. Kudos to the airport management for keeping these facilities in such excellent condition!"

"No doubt that this hotel will be a high demand in the future because of location, service especially Anne from front desk who’s very accommodating and helpful. My only concern and issues are the room that we have smells like an old house. I don’t know where the smell is coming from but the smell kills me. The bathroom is not safe because the water is the shower area goes out and suppose divider should prevent it. Towels smells weird. The shower spout is being installed very unprofessional. Also can you make the room noise proof because you can hear the conversation from the hallway and the noise from the above room. But the breakfast is awesome, good enough to fill up your tummy."

The property was gorgeous, every detail on the grounds seem to be planned, including beautiful floral gardens, the outdoor spa and Jacuzzi. All three restaurants were fantastic as well with unique dining experiences and fantastic food quality.
We booked the “nice” room. Which was perfect, great size very clean and well appointed, and the fireplace was the best feature of all!
Nick Myers ended up being our host at all three restaurants, he was so knowledgeable, personable and just made our experience over the top. All of the staff was ready and willing to help. I wish we could have spent more time at this property. Definitely looking to come back.

The hotel's front desk service is very good, the room is clean, and free bath salts are delivered to the room. When checking in, the front desk will give 2 bottles of water and a welcome drink. Guests will be provided with a free glass of red wine from 5 to 7 o'clock, and free delivery to nearby attractions. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are bus stops and supermarkets within 100 meters.
The room we stayed in this time also happened to have a little view of the Needle. Recommended for those traveling to Seattle to consider staying here.

It took us quite a while to finally get into our room due to issues with the key cards not working. Had to make two trips from the 20th floor down to the front desk only to find out the problem was a low battery in the door lock. Once inside, we noticed the room wasn’t properly set up for four guests, as there weren’t enough towels provided.
The bathroom design was also inconvenient. There are two sliding doors neither had locks, which makes privacy difficult. The air conditioning blew directly toward your face while lying on the bed, and the vents were too high to adjust. In addition, electric kettle, bathrobes, and slippers were not provided.
On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was excellent. It offered a wide variety of choices, and the service was outstanding, making it a highlight of our stay.

The hotel itself was in a great spot (Royal Caribbean cruise customer) and was clean and pleasant. The staff accommodated our early check in request (we arrived around 1pm) which was terrific - didn't have to wait YAY!!!
The rest of the staff were all wonderful except for the bar staff. We placed an order for drinks/snacks at the bar and then sat off to the side nearer the restaurant. We had to ask at least three times for our order and the bartender/server was abrupt and rather surly. Everyone else was wonderful.

LatawanI had request for a quiet zone room. But I got a room on the 2nd floor by the street which traffic started a lound noise since 4 am in the morning!!! Plus, every neighber rooms seems waking up since 5 am and so on. I only had 3 hours sleep here.
Shuttle bus service to/from the SeaTac airport is a plus.

IvancpLingThe hotel location is convenient, just a 3-5 minute drive from the food court and mall. There are many dining options nearby, offering a variety of choices to suit all budgets. While the hotel is a bit older, the interior is clean, and the bedding and towels are very tidy. The swimming pool was out of service, which was a bit disappointing. However, the service was good, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The staff were all lovely and super helpful. Had a pleasant and quiet stay so it fit what I needed just fine. The only ssue were the somewhat sketchy people hanging about, but I guess this is what happens at budget hotels. Close enough to airport and was able to get Lyft to get around. Next time might stay somewhere a bit nicer to get rid of the sketch element and perhaps be walking distance to the airport. Had a nice stay though and can't stress enough that the staff were all really great.

Guest UserThe good: The house is really clean and lovely. We have all we needed to cook at home, and the rooms were nice and spacious.
The Bad: The location leaves a lot to be desired, lots of people fighting and threatening outside. Several nights we've had to endure listeng to screaming and someone being harassed. It's terrifying for my kids who may be technically adults but still on the younger side.
The Ugly: We've had a little incident where my partner, who's not technologically knowledgeable accidentally purchased a movie through the owner's account. The owner went through the roof calling names and accusing without asking what happened first. Reading other reviews in airbnb we can see this is not the first incident with him not being the nicest. There are ways to communicate without going from zero to sixty. We paid a few thousand dollars for this stay, another 5 bucks is not something we're looking to swindle.
