This was an excellent place for us to base our exploration of the Sunshine Coast hinterland. It was central to the coast and Maleny and Montville. The cottage was well appointed, large, clean and comfortable. WOW what a view to wake up to! So quiet and private. Perfect for short or long term stay. Well worth contacting the owners direct (via their website) to make a booking (don't make the owners pay commission fees to overseas companies!) - the owners are friendly and very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Silent Hope cottage. Although the poor weather meant that the sweeping views were often blocked by rainclouds, we still enjoyed the views during respites from the rain, and some great sunrises.
The whole cottage felt spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully appointed (the nice daybed in the sun room, the boardgames and books, the multiple coffee making options etc)
My only critique would be that I wish the bedroom had a king size bed instead of a queen - space isn't an issue in the room, so the extra comfort would have been nice.
