Absolutely Horrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here I don’t usually write reviews, but this was beyond ridiculous. I woke up around 1 AM to find massive spiders inside the room—not one, but multiple. I’m not exaggerating—these weren’t your average house spiders, they were huge, and inside the villa where you’re supposed to feel safe and relaxed. Tried to call for staff assistance, but no one answered. Not a single person on-site to help at that hour. What kind of “villa” leaves guests helpless in the middle of the night? I had to leave the place around 2 AM—yes, actually pack up and leave in the middle of the night—because this clearly wasn’t a one-off issue. Disgusting and unacceptable for a place that advertises comfort and luxury. If you’re even remotely afraid of spiders or expect basic service at night, do yourself a favour and stay far away from Reward Villas Bali.

The location is good and reception service is good. However, they didn't provide any TV channels and only can use YouTube for entertainment in room. The make out for the room is not good cause they don't top up the soap. I was bathing halfway and the soap was finished. The free stuff was not provided such as hand soap was not provided. The soap itself was not fragrant at all.

Location of the villas is amazing, only minutes walk to the famous Petitenget area where there are tons of great cafes, restaurants, shops, spas. The villa itself is comfortable and clean. Staff is really nice and helpful.

Great location and great staff , all staff were very friendly and helpful. Close by to main areas to walk. Would happily stay again. Great cheap restaurant aswell .

Location was great! The villa is like new and aesthetically appealing. Breakfast was great each day and always on time. If there was an option for 10 Stars, I’d give it to Service as it was outstanding throughout the 5 days we stayed! We’ll definitely be back again!

Had a wonderful stay in the hotel.. enjoyed our stay. mosquitoes were a bit of a problem but that was sorted out.

I would give zero stars if I could. We had to leave this hotel a night earlier because of one of the most disgusting experiences I’ve ever had in any accommodation. While lying in bed, animal droppings started falling onto the bed and onto me. Actual animal feces landing directly on my bed and body. It was horrifying, and I’ve never felt more uncomfortable or unsafe in a supposed “hotel.” They offered to change the room and to our surprise, the “clean” room had animal feces also. When we brought this to management, they promised a refund of the night we didn’t stay, on the condition that we sign a contract agreeing not to leave a bad review. We agreed in good faith, yet they never issued the refund, proving that they not only offer terrible conditions but also lack integrity. To make matters worse, the swimming pool was so dirty it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Staying here was a mistake I’ll never make again, and I urge anyone considering it to look elsewhere. The conditions and the service were beyond unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
