We really disconnected a lot in our two days there. Compared to other TA reviews from before the pandemic, there are some details that seem to have gotten a little worse: breakfast is neither included nor worth having there, because they charge 30K for a ridiculous fruit plate and dry toast. The room smelled a bit musty. We traveled with my teenage daughter, and we asked them to give us an extra-bed. They told us that we had to pay it separately, which is logical, but we have been in other accommodations on the island where, upon seeing that the reservation was for three people, the bed for the girl was ready or they placed it for us at a moment when making the reservation. check-in without charging us more. These are details that are very appreciated when you travel as a family. Also, the kitchen was very dirty, so although it appears to be usable by guests, we didn't think it was in good condition. We went to eat at local warungs that are very close to the establishment. Finally, the nearby beach was not to our liking, since it was somewhat dirty with plastics and algae and when the tide went out you couldn't swim. Yes, walking about 20-30 minutes there is Nusa Dua beach, which is beautiful, but keep in mind that it is surrounded by five-star hotels, which you must cross to get to it.
