Spacious villa and you get whole private pool. Nice place to be if you just want to relax and not planning to go out exploring. Beware mosquitos and bugs. They do provide floating breakfast too.

Perfect villa for our needs. Just off the beaten track so not on top of everything but a nice enough walk away. Shops 5mins. Beach a little longer. Lots of restaurants close by. The villa was big and the staff were very accommodating and polite. I will for sure stay again if I go back to seminyak

The villa was very clean and tidy. The bed and the pool were kept neat and clean at all times. I would highly recommend trying their floating breakfast in your private pool. It was indeed one of the best breakfast experiences i have ever had. They had a few options in choosing the breakfast menu, and everything was very delicious. Their staff was extremely friendly and were always there for help

Pool was not cleaned prior to check-in. Had to engage the staff to vacuum and clean up the pool. There was a nearby club blasting music at night till 1am, had trouble sleeping.. Overall, the staff are nice And friendly.

The villa is very quiet and suitable for leisure and vacation. The layout of the room is reasonable, but overall it is still a bit old. The hygiene of the room and the swimming pool is good, but the bath towel looks very uncomfortable and has some blood stains on it. It should be impossible to wash it off. 1405 05 Lbs 17 2617 Lbs 08 1708 Lbs 03 5316 If I could I would leave a 0 star review and I am really SORRYYYY because I don’t like doing it but I’ve traveled around Indonesia and this is the first time it happens to me. I shared a 2 rooms villa with a couple of friends. The room itself is not bad (and that’s what triggered you the most from photos), the problem is the maintenance. The bed sheets were dirty, the shower came off the wall, the door of the bathroom comes back open and it was full of mosquitos and small flying bugs. The biggest problem is outside. You see a nice pool from the photo but no one tells you that there’s no space, no seats, no table or chairs to have breakfast. The water is cold and the sun never hits it. Breakfast comes from outside, it isn’t good, there’s no vegan option or sweet like cereal or yogurt. They serve it ONLY inside or floating and trust me…having a floating breakfast is nothing but uncomfortable. If you want to eat together you have to sit in one of the rooms and sharing a small table sitting on the ground. Now the staff. None of the room had an hair dryer and when we asked they told us ‘out of stock’. Got it for us the next day but I needed a midnight after a long day. We asked to toilet paper, never get it. We asked for coffee, never get it. They didn’t even have something for mosquitoes bites (and the room was full). Lastly the door of the villa didn’t open completely and there was a high risk of falling in the pool. Plus it’s not in a good position if you want to walk to the beach. To recap an apparently luxury villa which changes the mood of my holiday.
