A poorly managed hotel, I called at airport asking if they provide shuttle service, they answered yes and sent the car, without mentioning it is not free. When I got to?the hotel, I was charged 300,000IDR.

Breakfast was excellent but cost for dinners was too expensive compared to outside locations. We would have considered attending if cost was 50 to 75 percent more than outside eateries,but not 100 to 150 percent more

Love love loved everything about our stay. Customer service just so exceptional. Resort staff is so lovely, helpful and welcoming. Amazing kids pool, and kids club is small but good too. Bit expensive for drinks & cocktails. They provide nanny services too which is so convenient.
Overall I would highly recommend this place to family with young kids as it is in such closer proximity to good food and shopping with all the amenities within the resort.
Thank you Padma Resort for making our stay memorable and relaxing.

You know you’re in Bali when you stay at the Padma resort. The rooms are modern and spacious, the facilities are second to none and the staff are amazing. It’s a great place for families with children, but equally great for couples as there is an adults only pool overlooking the beach. We upgrade to a pool access room which gave us Club access facilities… Simply amazing.

호텔 앞에 비치가 있어서 걸어서 선셋을 보러 갈 수 있어요!! 진짜 선셋 보러 꼭 가세요ㅜㅜㅜ 너무 예뻐요
그리고 호텔 자체도 리조트라서 진짜 너무 예쁘고, 어디 나갈 필요없이 호텔에서만 있으면 됩니다!!
직원들도 너무 친절하고 먼저 인사해주고 머무는 동안 편하게 해주셨어요, 진짜 다음에 발리가면 또 가고싶은 호텔이에요,,, 진심 강추합니다!!!!!

大型度假村，是個熱帶花園，有多個泳池、小童園藝、遊戲。早餐自助，豐富多彩，健康美味，餐廳景觀漂亮。服務人員非常熱情友好。酒店隔壁是雷吉安海灘，可以觀賞壯美的日落。周圍街區晚上熱鬧，有樂隊演奏，普通餐廳也很好吃，價格合理。希望再次入住。

入住登記服務員友善熱情，知道我們是渡蜜月主動升級客房给我們驚喜！房間佈置浪漫很窩心！自助早餐非常棒，選擇多，每日菜式都有些不同，吃了多天也不會悶！餐廳服務員都很樂於助人尤其是有一实習生Stefani非常友善熱情，第一天招呼过我們，第二天一見到面就greet我們非常好待客之道！酒店很大，环境幽美，位置旺中带静非常方便！CP值很高的酒店！

房間大小適中，基本上可以在酒店玩一天，酒店裡麪拍照相當出片，三個泳池絕對夠玩。酒店對面就是海灘，坐在海邊吹着海風看日落相當舒爽。延海邊步行道beachwalk商場15分鐘。
