The experience was lovely the only thing that really let the experience down was the noise in the room. From checking in the was a very loud noise coming from above and below the room. It was the sound of other guests going up and down the stairs directly outside, above and below the room. Everything else was great lovely hotel and very kind staff.

Nice stay again, staff very helpful. We had a lovely room, exactly as we'd hoped. We did have a couple of issues - had to ask for the duvet to be changed as it was a single size on a queen bed, but this was done quickly. I had real problems with in-house Wi-Fi.
We were on room only, but had drinks and dinner one night in The Nineteenth which we enjoyed. Pool area was very busy when we were there, with people leaving wet towels everywhere and 'saving' chairs and beds that we nerver saw anyone using, suggest staff check/ clear the pool area more often. Sauna wasnt working but we weren't told this. Still like the hotel and the area, it might be a while but we will be back.

The rooms are fitted to an excellent standard, including not one but two comfy chairs!
The coffee machine had no operation instructions, making it difficult to enjoy a cup of coffee

Was there for my 50th was ther was 4 hor did not get into th hottub or swimming pool no seats to sit on ther was lots of kids under age all in a out th hottub so niver got into nothing was th same th nex morning told th manger niver got nothing off him to it was a full joke

Nice hotel but a bit rough around the edges, room could do with a refresh. Carpets were stained and wallpaper peeling.
'Hot' breafast was cold despite being in warm dishes. Wasnt expecting to be charged £50 on arrival incase i wanted room service, surely if i wanted to order something you could just bring a card reader to the room?
No phone signal and wifi was terrible.

We were guests at a wedding.I could not fault a single thing.The wedding suite was just beautiful,the staff were so warm and welcoming I now will be booking a stay there.

Why have a hotel with no phone signal or Wi-Fi available!? Had to change rooms as couldn’t even make a phone call!
Ordered steak for room service and half was pure fat and couldn’t eat.
Receptionist said would only be charged once for using room service for duration of stay but when checked out on bill it was on twice so be aware!
