1. The Food and the restaurant service especially during dinner requires an moderate improvement. I had a bitter experience with a chef when I asked for ice-cream and the on the counter one had melted but he did not offer to provide a fresh batch. Later, the manager did get it to us. 2. The dessert section doesn't even qualify for a 5 star property menu. Its very limited and we did not find it fitting the price range. 3. The staff during our dinner visit was not even available to attend, we had to get up from our seats to call them for water for bill, for any other requests. This is disappointing. 4. Another point, is the speed of service, any requests made from the room took at least 10 mins to be fulfilled. Be it water bottles, Cutlery. 5. This point is with reference to other hotel brands I have stayed with. The welcome at other hotels especially Marriott make you feels valued, they get your luggage from the cab and offer an upgrade if available. Here, there was no such attempt, check-in was difficult because of my AMEX card which was new experience for me. 6. The property is aesthetic and rooms were very spacious. The amenities and furnishings were commendable when compared to other properties.
